I agree with Rajni...the most romantic scene is from SHREE 420 ..the second may be Namak Halal, Amitabh/Smita Patil
hum tum--saif and rani doing a mock session of how a guy and girl meet for an arranged marriage. they almost end up expressing their feelings for each other. it's very well enacted and so full of latent romance hidden in their eyes and waiting to come out through their words.
