It seems that you have never been in love and never loved anyone till now. That' the reason you are showing suprise about tears in Romance. Tears are also shed for positive signes also.

Its from the Film - Gangstar, when the gangstar is in jail. Police could catch him with the help of the girl whom he loves deeply. In the scene both are standing face to face, separated by the grill, with teras and laughs, they are trying to kiss and hold each other. Their last meeting in the world. Its a most romantic moment and perhaps the best scene of the film.
the scene from 'Dil to Pagal Hai', where karisma and shahrukh khan are sitting next to the lake and karisma cries over the fact that shahrukh doesn't love her and they hug at the end. the scene conveyed the pain behind love and romance! loved it cuz it was so well done and so real!
