I am a great fan of bollywood. The best and coolest romantic scene I found is song "Chanda re Chanda re" of "Sapney". In continuation of story, this song add a greatest sense of romance.

It has so many memorable scenes
[1] Jungles scenes - Aamir - Juhi [2] Aamir meets Juhi in shoppinh centre just before Ae mere humsafar ek zara intejaar [3] Aamir elopes with Juhi after engagement [4] Juhi fails to cook for aamir and starts crying
Well, there are a lot of awfully romantic movies in bollywood... DDLJ, Hum Tum, Love Story (Kumar Gaurav-Vijeta Pandit), etc.. But amongst the hindi film songs, I find these the ultimate romantic:
1) Rafi saab sings " Apni aankhon mein bithakar koi baat karoon.. Jee mein aata hai ki jee bhar ke tujhe pyaar karoon.." ( I know its a movie called 'mahua'.. but I dont know the actors..)
2) Lata ji sings for Mala Sinha in Anpadh "Aapki nazron ne samjha pyar ke khabil mujhe.. Dil ke yeh dhadkan taharja mil gayee manzil mujhe.."
3) Lataji sings for Saadhna in (probably) 'Woh Kaun Thi'.. " Lagja gale ke phir yeh haseen raat ho na ho.. shayad phir is janam mein mulaakaat ho na ho.."
The chemistry between Rajesh and Sharmila was excellent. The love between 2 was understated yet intense and conveyed beautifully by Shakti Samanta.There was no expectations from either character just plain simple love and the right over each other. It was intense, mature and easy.
