It needs courage foresight and strength to retire when u r peak ...nd only a few like Borg,Henin could do that..... and can never ne xpected from our biggies
No frills and all grits player. She just meant business. That is not to say that she was not beautiful and hence she was not show business. She was beautiful and I loved her attitude.
Henin was a fantastic player... Her grit, attitude and courage along with awesome skills helped her win so many battles. Just can't fathom why she had to quit so early... The rest of the girls rightly have a major obstacle removed from their way now and the sharapovas and the williams will surely have a better chance to win now!! Alas! another wonderful character retires...

Henin's absence will certainly leave a gap. Let us hope some new talent will come up and put up a good show. All the best for the newcomers.
