i think some serious change is awaiting in management side of Indian hockey ,they need to make more sense what ever the action they takes any why its hard way of learning lessons its fine noting is end hear,So we have to get the lessons and move on all the best Indian hockey CHAKDE INDIA,......

This is in the National inmterest & not in any personal interest. So come one & all, join this anti-gill campaign. Chak de India!!
The Governemnt as well as the board must give importace to the hackey players as the same is given to cricket. No partiality must be shown as both are sports and representing the country, The IHF predident must step down and handover the resonsibilty to somebody who is more capable..
Get foreign coach , foreign physio, new hockey techniques, inc astro turf grounds, and start from jr level at age 12, 14, 16, 18, 20. Lastly sack GILL immediatly. Go the cricket way and take some hard decisions fo sacking oldies.
A very simple solution. Sack K.P.S Gill and other management staff of Indian hockey. India is a Asia cup winner. That shows boys have potential. It's all about extracting the best out of them and giving them full support. Only and only the management is responsible. Sack them please.

KPS Gill is a shameless gentleman.He thought playing Hockey is same as hunting terrorists and failed miserably.Only professionals(sports)should be given such administrative jobs to improve things in Indian sports.
