Dont care about the current and Sharks, You can do it, you swam 70 km. 21 is nothing to you. You have to care about the chilling weather, Just do it, it will be another feather in your Crown.

Air filling techniques for you, Akanksha
by prakash malshe on Jun 03, 2008 08:10 AM  Permalink

Dear Akanksha,
I introduce myself as the author of three books on Yoga, the latest being 'Drink Air, Stay Fit' the preview of which you can see on Google book search. Ancient yogic techniques include a process called plavani, effortless floating on water. The intestines can be filled with air which give enormous buoyancy to our body. To understand the full process you must read the book, aided by a little practical guidance. Just mail me your postal address and I shall send you a complimentary copy along with my blessings and good wishes! You WILL make this happen soon.!
