Couple of countries complaint that India if fielding overage players..some of them are even 25 years old. What you expect after that ..I dont think India has build enough talent pool to win junior cup by fielding right age players..

What do you mean by "So no Matter what,if u r Indian, always give Unconditional support to your team!" I am not going to support cheating. It only shows that we can not win without cheating. I totally support Indian Hockey Team and would love to see it becoming hockey powerhouse again..but not by cheating.
We can do this..we can win without cheating it just that we need to have guts to be vocal about it againt authorities.. I am never going to be part of any cheating no matter what!!

I think this attitude of "So no Matter what,if u r Indian, always give Unconditional support to your team!" is bit stupid. Leave aside if hockey team really played overage players, but above attitude is just plain wrong. Support the truth and everything else will fall in place. Supporting cheating to win is not gonna get anyone too far.

You are taking it personally instead of looking at the big picture..this "Chalta Hai" attitude has made this country a looser. I am optimistic and wants to see India wining..but not by cheating ..which you are clearly supporting. Its hard to say things right things when wrong deeds are providing results.. but thats should be stopped..Give honesty a try my dear friend.

I am making a point here. I was really hurt to see that India didnt even qualify for Olumpics and wants to know why did that happen..one reason out of many for India hockey decline is curruption and we need to be vocal about it that all. I dont understand why everybody is so defensive about talking about it. Some gentleman started name calling..which is out of my understanding. At least have decency to have a proper mature discussion without name calling..

Alright,man. Only one question. Can you prove that India fielded an over age team ? How can you come to this conclusion that India cheated just because one or two teams made an accusation ? Are you that gullible ? Would you believe anyone if someone said your wife was sleeping with someone else ? I'm not trying to offend you.Just pointing out the ridiculousness of your post. Also you said India doesnt have enough talent pool to win this trophy. I hope you read the article again which mentioned India won this two times in a row. I hope you think a little about what you write the next time before you make your wild accusations or put down an entire team. It's not about you. It's the attitude of people in general in these message boards that gets me when they think they can write whatever rubbish they can as they are anonymous.

First of all its not anonymous and secondly its not me you who started name calling ..I am just expecting a decent mature discussion here. I agree we should not take away the credit from our team just because somebody said something about our team..but do you think there is room for improvement in term of management in our team. Compare hockey with Cricket..we are constantly improving in cricket from last 3-4 years but in hockey the opposite..I believe Indian Hockey Association needs to improve its management and more transparency is needed..

What you reply now and message earlier is entirely different.
An Indian or a Indian team wins means they should over come lots of hurdles, first they should overcome local politics, then world governing body, then there are lots of demotivation from media, then cheat/bad/ill-behavious attitude from other teams. It is not straight forward that if you have talent you can win.
After overcome all those and win the game means it is not easy. Team have 1000 times more capability then other teams. So we should appreciate them.

That is different. Because some mis-management and politics it happened. You know, some years back Indian Hockey Senior won the Asia cup. After won the cup, you know what happened, more then 7 of senior players are removed from the team and put some in-experience player. The answer from them was "we are looking future". What a idiotic management.
But our Junior team won the cup, so we should appreciate it. And also do you think the world hockey federation will leave us if there is any cheating. Definetly our team got punishment/ban much earlier.

no , its very few people that make out to be seniors and some get left behind becuase of bad politics in the game
