I reached home in the evening and the moment I entered my living room, my eyes were glued to the TV screen... you were standing there at the podium with Gold Medal... the tri colour... and there goes the National Anthem... This was the first time I have seen or heard the National Anthem at Olympics... I was moved... Thanks Abhinav...
Wow!! Finally the elusive GOLD in India's kitty! Well Done Abhinav.. India can't be more proud than this! I am sure National Anthem could not have been any sweeter to the ears than getting it heard at the biggest sports stage... The moment must have been magical!
Thanks Abhinav... for giving such a wonderful gift... We are going to remember this day for years to come :)

Oh my God! We have finally done it. What a great day for the billion plus Indians. This has to be our country's greatest sporting glory.
To all those in the IOA and the Sports Administrators, please ensure that India's hero receives the Rajiv Gandhi Khel award and also, either the Padma Shri or the Padma Bhushan.
Once again, Great show Abhinav. Good Luck and God Bless.
Very few get opportunities in life to reach pinnacle of honor even after putting best of efforts. Congratulations Abhinav, we are proud of you. You have indeed shown true Indian Grit on International Arena. Keep collecting more Golds in future days to come and make indian Tricolor flutter high amidst world of sports.
The heartiest of Congratulations to Abhinav Bindra on a momentous achievement.
I feel so sad and dejected at having missed hearing the Indian National Anthem Played out at the Olympics and everyone standing in due respect for our National Flag as the event was not shown live here in the UK.
I hope to catch a glimpse of the same on the Internet. But what a moment it must've been ... Truely amazing.

25 lacs ONLY !!! for BCCI that is just "haath ka mail"... just check how much a cricketer gets just for moving his fat a$$ around in the field even if India loses the ODI match.
