China has a law which calls for PUBLIC EXECUTION by Shooting for corrupt government officials..Guess this should be replicated here so as to deter future Traitors liek him who deny the oppurtunity to deserving young budding talent who can make this country proud.. and his boss is same KPS GILL who was sent to jail for Feeling up the butt of an IAS officer Rupan Deol Bajaj..and today he heads IHF ..wat a shame to this country

Yeah..well said. Such people misuse their SC/ST criteria when they get caught. There should be reservations on Bribery/Murder/Theft etc as well..like if some1 gets caught show the sc/st card to get away. :-)
