by Nilanjan Ghosh on Apr 16, 2008 11:51 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sitaram Yechuri, Budhadev Bhattacharya, Prakash Karat etc shud carry the torch as they dont belong to India, they are no Indians, they are Chinese and they also follow the inhumanity like the Chienese. So, plz allow these anti-nationals to carry this torch, and let them, kicked out of the country for ever along with their CPI(M) Party.

Why should our valuable players carry the torch for an undemocratic country
by Carti Rengasamy on Apr 16, 2008 11:50 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

China is killing innocent people in Tibet and it is not declaring it as an independent country.

Unless and otherwise, China declare it, there is no need for our valuable players to carry the olympic torch for an agression country which is very much interested in other country's land.

Even if the present regime in India is not interested to protect the Tibet people, our players are not at all interested in involving in olympic torch for China.

Just Torch not medal for India
by Ananth Pathak on Apr 16, 2008 11:45 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Why should anybody carry torch in India when we know that we are not going to win any medal. Stop fighting for carrying Torch and start fighting or striving for winning some medals for India.

Thats the Great Indian tradation. The sports ministers and Mr.Suresh Kalmadi want to hog all the lime lite and develop contacts with bollywood stars for their personal gains.Anyway with all the sports assaciations headed by politicians , India will continue to languish in the Olympic Arena. On top of that the media feels Indians play only cricket and tennis. For another hundres years nothing will improe if the system runs like this.

by Ananth Pathak on Apr 16, 2008 11:42 AM  Permalink

Getting fit should be first priority for Sachin and not carrying Olympic torch, We Indians have to support Tibet cause, anyways our does not have enough strength to talk against China.
