In India, sports & games means Cricket and nothing else. Anything else needs promoters, and film stars are the best. Fortunately or unfortunately, cricket is not included in Olympics and our people would not show interest in it, till some cricketer or filmstar participates.
Anyway, after the games, nobody would want to talk of our achievements. Atleast, let them do all tamasha now.
Film stars better shake their booty on cinema,politicians in public meetings & olympics is associated with sports..hence sportspersons only..Greedy film stars have even encroached upon poor models doing advertising..High time models had an association & ban filmies from interfering in their livelihood...

these film stars think they are better than sports stars, if yes that could be in films.There is a certain difference in tinsel heroes to sports heroes. I suggest film stars to stay away from olympic torch relay. U people do not have the right to touch it.
in a country with 125 bill population..when one bronze medal is won..its celebrated as if the country has come first in the medal tally....wat else do u expect????
u definately need the monkeys from bollywood to atleast attract some attention from the worthless indian media.....
jus refer to the article in rediff jus in the noon saying: soha ali khan says she will not participate in the olympic rally!!!!!
