LOL ... Shastri played great cricket for India during his times ... he won several awards and man of series too ... what can one complain about his performance.
It is stupid for India to support separatist movement in China especially we don't like pakistan meddling in Kashmir.
Shastri is doing the right thing ... he should support the spirit of olympic and stay out of political controversy

Shastri is a kind of a person who would pay to run to get his share of publicity. During the end of the career people in Mumabai threw stones at his house because he was that bad as a player and still wanted to play.

With corrections. Shastri is a kind of a person who would pay to run to get his share of publicity. During the end of his career, people in Mumbai threw stones at his house because he was that bad as a player and still wanted to play.

so? what's wrong with that? people still want to do things that they are no longer good at .. it was the fault of selectors to keep him in the team ... maybe they thought that he would perform ... and in India mob can be made to throw stone at anyone .... throwing stones is their favorite passtime ... isn't it?
Shastri was a great cricketer and so were gavaskar and kapil dev with whom he played

Shastri always comes 4 steps forward just to defence. He was a terrible cricketer. Pakistanis and Aussies were intentionally not getting him out....the longer he stays the better for the opposition team.
The journey will start from Al Bustan area, Muscat at around 5 pm and reach Qurum Park at around 8.30. About 150 people are participating in the torch bear event..

only 150? in India, all the unemployed will be watching ... which will make it to several thousands
Of course there's no chance of trouble! Because the first person to raise his voice will be awarded 1000 lashes and then fed to the dogs. HOw can there be any chance of trouble, then?
