Joaquim Carvalho deserves Droncharya Award for moulding Hockey team into a winning one. He is entirely responsible for this transition. Carvalho & M.P. Singh with all supporting staff have done tremendous contribution for this rebirth of our National Sports, which otherwise looked downwards after World Cup. Hats off to Carvalho.
