In this glorious occassion this is the pathetic reality of our country's sports. Except Cricket other sports are languisihing in closed dungeons.
With money minded greedy officials holding plum posts for years n years whether its Munshi, Gill, Sushma Swaraj, Malhotra cut across party lines there is no accountability.
Worse they will shamelesly take credit for the Success but blame players & Coach for the losses.
ComeOn these players should be awarded INR 10 llakh each now for the win.
And very importantly this team & its mgmt shouldnt be touched for 1 year atleast.
This is real hockey team ... world champion ... thanks to sharukh and chak de ... for boosting moral of indian hockey team ... movies does the thing .. no any coach or hockey federation can do..... well done guys ....
it ia a great moment for all hockey lovers...our next aim must be to win the world cup. but it is unfortunate that the govt. of india does not give adequate attention for our national game...
