This is a triumph of a true indian colour. Now we can proudly say that we are the asian giants.
And for god's sake stop empahasising on Cricket, Now hockey is the best sport and we are proud of you guys keep it up now 1 billion people are with you. Keep it up
It was good to see Indian team winning. However it was very sad to see the way prize distribution was done after the match. It was very chaotic and aimed at pleasing the politicians and Mr Gill.No mention of players who toiled hard, no interviews, no one knows the name of all players also.They deserve better than this treatment. In cricket you have pathetic players like chetan sharma, saba karim, madan lal etc all over TV, no one knows there the Great Mohammad Shahid, Ashok kumar etc are... Media treats crickers like God and these hockey players are always in dark.
Hockey from cricket for the benefit of this game. The players deserve a word of praise for this rare feat and encouragement to be given to them by the association, media and the general public to make this game a more popular like cricket in India
