Its abig shame that India's national game is given dog like treatment. How many of us know that the Governing body for hockey in india has announced a bonous of RS. 1000/- for the entire team for their awesome performance and wining the cup..that not even Rs. 80 per player.. At the same time BCCI had announced Rs. 1 crore for wining a test series in england. Its a real shame that we indians blindly fallow cricket, neglecting other sports in india..The same applies for government...
