Anand has managed to defeat Kasparov only eight times in 78 matches -- classical as well as rapid chess -- in his career and lost 27 games before the former undisputed World Champion quit active chess.
anand won only because kasparov got into russian politics...
otherwise kasparov used to own anand. lol.
never really liked dravid. he cannot play big shots.
he is purely a test player.
i like players who can play big shots and have an all round game.
The determination shown by Anand is amazing, a true role model for Gen-NeXt. We need people like him, Gopichand, Dhanraj Pillai, Baichung Bhutia, Malleshwari, Col. Rjyavardhan Rathore and soon we will se Indians competing well with the world.

By the way Uttam Kumar, Rahul Dravid is not from South .. hez originally a Ghatistan Maharastra. In fact Anand a South Indian from the Sambarstan Chennai - But you being a North Indian Chapatistani need not feel bad about it:))
