This scandal is the saddest part in sports history.I still admire Marion Jones for what she was with or without the steroids and the whole know that all famous atheletes and top sportsmen are on steriods or other form of performance enhanced drugs.Everyone does it but its a matter of who got caught.The current world records holders in sprint and other distances are full of dope.The risk is too tempting for any atheletes,one can make a neat millions or get caught and be barred from compitition for a year or two and come back and try it all over again.The jackpot is very elusive but very very attainable with a little help from coaches,friends and peers.Its sad that it happened to Marion Jones as she is a real nice person and a good atheletes and she is unlucky.Others have won the jackpot and retired before they got caught and some have even paid the price for doping by dying young.(Flo jo).No one is clean and this will continue for ages to come and athelets will find a new way to beat the system with a miracle portion for millions of dollars.Jones is not the only one,nothing to be ashamed of.
