rediff please note that chris benoit was going to fight for the ECW championsip and not the WWE championship. both are two very different championships and should not be considered as one and the same.

Deep Condolence! Every WWE fan would miss the technician of wrestling. He was truly a great entertainer. I am a big fan of his skill & temperament. GOOD BYE CHRIS.
Really shocked to listen this. Yesterday evening I saw him fight with Bobby Lashly. He was a nice and honest person. It's really sad news. My deep condolence

First Eddy, the Chris.....this is a black day for sports industry! Chris will be remembered always....there will be no other 'Rabid Wolverine',no great World Champion, no popular wrestler than Benoit. He will definitely be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Yeah, he was the a sportsman of highest calibre; technically 100% right guy with no nonsensical approach. A valiant athelete and a winner. He was truly a Champ to be reckoned with. My heartfelt condolences to those of his near and dear ones. He will ever live in our hearts.
Its really saddening to hear the tragic death of Chris. Undoubtedly one of great wrestler of his time. Very tagic end, first it was Chairman of WWE & now Chris. Whats happening to WWE??? I will definetly miss Chris. May his soul Rest In Peace!!

so many times i have seen in the television on tensports channel every day 5 to 7 clock in the evening time two programme is coming raw & samckdown yesterday i have seen the chris benoit fight with bobby lasly in raw vs smackdown there i have seen when bobby lasly has beat to chris benoit in match after that chris benoit is very upset let us pray to god that give life to edie garayroo & chris benoit family
i really adhored his stamina. its a major blow to the wrestling entertainment. more surprising is to learn that he might have killed his family before killing himself. I believe he was a very sentimental man and no one could think in the wildest dream that there could be such end to one's life. Deep condolence to benoitt family.
