Hey... because of poeple like we are lost sport culture in india and now screaming for single gold medal..
Where from you got the information "nayar" title is a Keralite. People like you should try and learn the spelling before you utter nonsense comments. How can you make such comments on Keralites without knowing it. Keralites are the only ones who encourage & supports Sports people throughout the country without looking at their religion and the state. Keralites got a high regard for our sports persons in the country. Have you followed the recently concluded National Games in Mumbai where we have won the overall championship.
Arun, better watch out the news before making comments and increase your general knowledge.

Dude..If you can't be happy for them atleast dont mock them...You have any idea how hard they must have trained..this is our local game ..if we dont cherish it ..who will ?...You could have shut up...but you just had to show your arrogance...
there is no point in encouraging kabbadi....as it is not approved by international olympic federation and a game which is known in three countries only. i think we should give encouragement to athletics and gymnastics...where india is far behind.

u dont want to encourage kabbadi,is cricket is the only game to be encouraged though it is not our native game, already hockey is in shatters, and rediff can only publish the cricket stars and their autobiography etc??????, i would have been happy if they added the kabbadi winning team pic

gentlemen even cricket is also not recognised by internatinal olympic federation and played in only few contries where britishers ruled in past, no developed country like to play/develop cricket. We should proud that kabaddi is our own game and we have maintained our superemacy. In developed coutries like Japan, Malaysia,U.S.A.and even U.K & Austriala the game of kabaddi is becoming more and more popular. Congrates to INDIAN KABADDI TEAM

kabbadi is indias native game , it will grow only if we encourage it,
other games such as sepak takraw are local games which have now been recognised internationally , there is no reason why kabbadi will not grow if efforts are put in
lets congratulate our team on the stellar performance
Very happy to see that India is maintaining their supremacy in the Kabbadi world. Congrats to all the players. Great job Manpreet Singh. --Karthikraaja.
