I feel that it is not the right time for the Ron Dennis to say that Alonso can quit any time.As it demotivates Alonso and the Constructor Champion points may come down.
Which is an Advantage for Ferrari. I feel that Alonso should be warned for his behaviour and not to Show exit doors.

I am an ardent Schumi fan and I like Alonso very much as he is the only guy after a long time who brought the challenge on to Schumi. What ever be it Alonso is a team member and McLaren should not make statements about a team member in public. It is a minor issue which happens with every body as is happing with Alonso. He is just being able to take it that he though being the defending champion is being beaten by a rooky race after race. Alonso needs to calm down and he needs team support for that and not team pressure. Ron Dennis is a very experienced team boss and should be able to handle such situations very calmly. This was not an expected statement from him.
