hey guys we are proud of u, instead of very minimum support(media/public) and very minimum money, even u guys travel by train during national participation-still u guys made our people proud and making tri colors flying high. But so called great sports people(cricketers) rich, rich and only travel by flights and five star hotels but they will not make our tri cols fly instead they cry for money cut down, edorsement restrictions, as such they are very poor, so they cry for this and even our ex-players support them. Hey all ex and present cricketers - first u guys prove a point and make tri colors fly high like our boxers than no one is going to question u people.
No website love to provide this information in the top sports news. But, in Cricket, even India will beat the country like Bermuda, it will come in very big letters and lot of pictures. Due to the media only, India's other medal winner sports could not come up.
I really admire the way Indian boxers fighting spirit to bring laurels to our country. I have seen few matches aired in DD sports were our light weight category boxers showing an extraordinary performance. Govt should take initiative to sponsor all the professional players whoever represents the country in national level with same salary. I mean Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sania Mirza, Leander Pias, Narjith Singh, Vijender, Gagan ( Hockey Player ) all should be in the same salary brackets when they represent India.
