Controversy
by Ravi Sinha on Nov 11, 2006 02:23 PM  Permalink

Hi Sorab 123456.....

You have the sense of using the computer, its dipict that you are the educated enough to give a statement in a nice manner.

I read the statement in the morning that "USA doen't allow to issue the VISA for 10 Pakistani member of Parliament for taking part in conference."

So please make sensible statement while making any statements in Public.

Ravi

Sania Mirza in a hijab and the reader's comments
by Viplove Bakshi on Nov 11, 2006 02:21 PM  Permalink

I am amazed reading the comments, thought process and immaturity of reader's taking a pot-shot at each other in the controversy. Goes to demonstrate why we Indians despite having such a rapid economic growth are still regarded as a developing nation. It starts with a needless subject (why the hell should we be bothered about what anybody dresses up like?). Secondly and funnily (and we Indians are experts in this) it deviates from Sania and gets into religion. You see where we are headed? Morons! have some sense drilled into your think heads. Why do we keep degrading ourselves in front of the world community like this. And yes, people intolerant of other's beliefs and traditions have no right to live in India.

You are right. I would have loved a picture of Sania in bikinis. Why waste perfectly good screen real estate with useless pictures?

By the way, when people like Sivaji Ganeshan or Madhu Dandavate die, Rediff does not think it fit to publish one measly photo from the archives, while they are after readers to send pictures of useless celebrities. Perfect.
