spotted sania mirza in a hijab
by jayaprakash reddy on Nov 11, 2006 05:55 PM  Permalink

my sincere reuest to Rediff

pls don't ever raise a debate like this

if at all you do, don't post all the blogs without filtering those which insult individuals/ organisations / countries

after reading all the blogs, I am really worried about the human relations within our society

definitely it has a negative impact

you are setting people against each other

PLS DON'T DIVIDE AND RULE

worried,

jayaprakash

religion stays werever as it is!!!!!
by Karthik and Celestian on Nov 11, 2006 05:55 PM  Permalink

these kind of topics only cld ignite unnecessary confusion. Religion should stay in the place as it is... we should respect Sania as a player who has made our country proud... and not by the clothes she wears......

This rediff is becoming shit day by day with the useless discussion board. Something will happen in this world if your dirty discussion board protest about something? Simply shut up you idiot guys.....

Dear readers,

First be informed that when anybody see any person dying or asking for water on the road he will immediately go and give him water irrespective whethere he is muslim, hindu or christian. Don't you do this. Do you ask him which religion are you from and give water. No, so this is the fact and nobody of you can deny it. So, why blaming each other. Its useless just treat everybody equal.

I wish SANIA a lot more success with here Tennis racket and hope she will become no.1 in the world and make all we indians proud.

Inshallah

To All,

First of all be informed that SANIA was in MECCA to performa UMRAH a muslim traditional pilgrimage and nobody has got the right to question her personal things as she is not involved in any sex or political scandal. She has done for her AAKHIRAT. Secondly, all women in SAUDI ARABIA wear HIJAB including a lot of non muslims and many many HINDUS from India who wear HIJAB as this is compulsory here. So, there is no question about SANIA wearing HIJAB or BURKHA. I sincerely suggest and advise rediff or anybody to stop all these nonsense regarding any religion whichever it is either islam/christianity/jews or hinduism. Allah informed muslims to show or spread the message of their religion by kindness, good behaviour and not always criticising other religions. Muslims will also have respect for other religions and they are not fundamentalist as projected by western media. So, please I request all the persons who had posted their messages regarding islam, rss, iss or whatever to be honest and do in polite way and just do not criticise opposite religion. In every religion you will find good people and bad people and this is only life. In every religion it is taught to be polite.

irrelevant ......

guys,

can u imagine playing tennis with burqa or hijab? u need to have an different attire for related events. she needs to go for t-shirt & shorts when she needs to run along the court to play. if she goes for prayer, she needs to wear her traditional attire. its her wish which neither u nor i can interfere. if this is the case, why do we need to talk abt the religion.

with the natural calamities taking most part of the world, why do we need to trigger by talking more about terrorism. guys, pl do understand the sensitivity of the topics we discuss.

cheers,
