Clearly shows that we as a nation need to GROW UP. Look at the last name on the list it says... Rajinder Singh Rahelu - Physically Handicapped.
That too this list from Govt Of India...This is the way we treat physically challenged in our country they are last and we call them Physically handicapped.
FYI Mr. Rahelu is a PowerLifter ( Weight Lifter) and won Bronze in Special Olympics..
