never say never. plz don't forget that CHELSEA were epl champions 50 back. The club got history. Chelsea was not a great club but now CHELSEA IS a great club. Look at the players and the quality of football they play. Chelsea has enough star power to be at the top of the pack for the next 5 years. Rate a club based on the present condition.
