It is the job of the Captain to read the pitch correctly. It was wrong decision of Rahul against Bangladesh to have batted first. It was India's first match also, it was but natural have nerves by the batters. It was all the more necessary to have put in Bangladesh first. Rahul is solely responsible for India's debacle in WC.
He is one of the Foolish & Stupid captain so far I seen in Team India. He doesn't no how to control the situation. He is not an active man. We need one Active Captain.

i hope foolish dravid is not ur brother .......after a humileating defeat u re still talking about him
Mr. Dravid as a batsman you are great and i am sure you will be sucessful in future as a batman, but as a Captain you are hopeless, please leave the captaincy for the sake of India and Indian fans. After such a humilation how can you even think of retaining the Indian Captaincy-- Thats a message from my logical brain
My hearts says---> failure should not stop you, keep doing good job of blue eyed boy to BCCI and why should you worry about anyone you can get sucess again in future...a good chance will be next bangladesh tour where you have the chance to win the series abroad...:)
Hi, I m Biplove Biswas I would like to say all u team members spacialy Rahul that inspite of having a player U R a laymen also, So don't get fruste, stop blaming to each other, whole team is responsible for the hell. Splash your past play & create a new example for the world. Don't worry YE India Hai Sub chalta hai, char din me sub bhul jayange our Ek series ki jeet par phir se siraakhoon par udha lange.
Hi I appreciate Dravid for his excellent lead of the team. Though, others left the team, Dravid as his nickname suggests has done a great job.
He is the WALLL OF INDIA. he is the TIGER OF INDIA. Sachin should be taken out of the team as he is not at all playing getting zeros & singles. Dravid should be retained as the captain forever,.

Yes he is wall of India and that's the job he can do better to protect India as a wall but he is very bad leader and possess no leadership qualities. He is a wall of India but definetly not the tiger of India.

It seems that you have a very poor idea about captaincy. Dravid has been retained captain only because of his "good boy" qualities - he is never going to raise his voice against BCCI. Captaincy & leadership - he is zero, if not negative. Neither does he have any aggressiveness nor does he know how to take decisions. Please do NOT be a blind fan of Rahul Try to understand the game and the politics involved. His batting undoubtedly is very good but one cannot deserve to be the captain only because of his batting qualities. He cannot bring unity in the team, cannot motivate his players and does NOT even know to count overs in an 1-day match. What a leader !!!
Don't blame Dravid. What can he do? He is not responsibile for others' negligence. First of all, there should be a co-operation between all the players. Next, there should be a good coach. If u say that Dravid hasn't done his part, then what did others do? This is a team work. Hence, everyone should put their effort.

That is problem that he can't handle the others negligence, this comes as part of captain, he is good player but not a good leader. A leader should be having 360 degree characteristics to handle every thing....he has to move forward by taking everybody along for whihc he has to do what it takes and thats where Mr Dravid failed and i am sure leader is not borned in one day he will most probably fail again...

Not only "too poor" - he does not know anything about captaincy. He only about his batting and how to be a "good boy" in the eyes of BCCI.
i know you tried ur best but some time even hard work also fails. I believe in you. Forget whatever happened. look 4 the future.DO ur best. play a fair game. all the best 4 upcoming events to u and other members of the indian cricket team. sujata
