The captain should own the responsibility. he failed to read the nature of the pitch on winning the tosses and took suicidal decisions.
Irfan & Shreesanth should have been tried in place of Agarkar. Kumble should have been relied upon. Veeru should be brought in middle and kartik should be kept ready to replace Dhoni. And most imporant thing need to be done for the good of the indian team is to put restrictions on doing ad films by the players finding place in the indian team one month before the match schedules.
Our Indain Team have Many Nice player. like sachin, sehwah, dhoni, dinesh kartik, yuvraj.. but though our team is lost vs shrilankan team.
Why our Team do not see that how all team are played very well they does not.., when our team has Important match to must to win that time our players dont play very well ...why they cant..If all are Uderstand that we must play that time...like all other team..
He alongwith chappel has ruined the indian team i think he should resign as a captain and should go and practice yoga for sometime .This is necessary for him how to handle his team

Yes India's failure in Cricket in this World Cup is also because Captain Dravid, not only in World Cup, but also in every other Events also. Because the Captain is one who should be Strong, and should have capacity to control the whole team, also should show other players how to play a discipline game by proving himself, playing a good game, or justifying actions. otherwise all other players will not be serious in playing the game, they also play a loose games. This has happened from many years back in our INDIA'S CRIECKET SCENE. After Gavaskar, and Kapil Deve left as Captains.
Let them learn lesson by looking at, all other countries CAPTAINS, How they play the game,taking major responsibility in their attitude. Dravid must have taken Batting first. Indian players is not good in chasing the total.
dravid stood on the occassion where everybody departed,and when it needed.i dont think everywhere is adeilade,still he showed the mettle within but the earthen playershad already brought the coffin in the dressing room.still i believe dravid will again rise to the occassion and again everyone will be cheering it up,I bet on it
as player and as a par of team he is excellent and there is no replacement founded yet ....but as a captain never meets the average....let the bengal tiger to do it.....

It is not the mistake of dravid, It is the duty of the every player to play well. Onething is that sachin amd sehwag should be at the opening
