rahul is responsible of loss the match against bangladesh and this is the turning point for india out from world cup. dravid decision after winning the toss chose to bat first is wrong deceision so, india losses their wicket in regular interval and loss the match.
Rahul being a captain failed to take right decisions at right time. And also I think Mumbai players did not support Rahul as a captain, because they don't want a South Indian to lead them.
I Thing Rahul was not elizable as a captain of Indian Team, Because to be a captain,which must be needed, that was his friendfully attitude for all players, so that they got a extra energy for playing.But Rahul have not this power, so I will mention Rahul for Indian Team's loss.

INDIAN TEAM IS SUFFRED BY POLICTS BECAUSE ALL PRESEDENT AND CHAIRMEN ITS A POLITCIAN
rahul has a main authority to select the best playerbut he gone wrong in that case.Players like Sehwag and Dhoni etc are all good for nothing even Rahul they are just interested in making money through advertisement.There is no problem if they earn through ads but it is also important to play up to the mark.So i will mention Rahul for indian loss
