I think first of all Sharad Pawar should resign from his post because he is a politician and he is the man who is spoiling the atmosphere of the indian crickets policy. Secondly chappell should be kicked out from the coachship and Anshuman Gaikwad should be given the coachship again because he deserves that post and rahul dravid also shuld be skipped from the post of indian skipper and any body else should be the skipper of india who has a good track record as an allrounder and as a skipper. Thirdly some responsible senior players should be included in the cricket board. and a fast pitch should be created in india then only we can get a fast bowler like shoaib akhtar or brett lee.
