Inner Strength & Mental Strength, one & the same thing?
When we are depressed, sad & are in distress; in all such times, where from we find our inner strength so as to come out of all such negative symptoms? Is there any God on whom we can rely in all such times? If yes, then where is that God & how can He help us in all such troubled times?

Inner Strength is our Soul strength, Mental strength or Personal Strength which comes into action in our hard times to defeat all such negative symptoms of sadness, depression etc. in one's life. In hard times it helps in building our low esteem and loss of confidence. When we are passing through bad times, we have a feeling of self dejection & a feeling that we will not succeed in life. In all such times, our Inner Strength comes into play.

PRAYER: Abba Father, I thank you for loving me when I was lost and in sin. I thank you for not just loving me, but also seeking me by sending Jesus. Thank you for your justice that you met with your grace in your Son Jesus. I confess that I at times get distracted and upset with things that don't really matter very much. Please bless me as I seek to discipline my heart and focus my desires on eternal things. As I seek your glory and honor in the way I conduct my life, it is reassuring that your desire to bless me with eternal life is even greater still. In Jesus' precious name I pray. Amen.
No one ever fulfilled a dream w/o failure, no one perfected the law without violation, no one ever loved w/o a broken heart. Above all no one can live alone w/o God.

A rich man who once asked his priest, "Why does everybody call me stingy when everyone knows that when I die I will leave everything I have to this temple?" The priest said: "There once was a pig and a cow. The pig was unpopular and the cow was loved by all in the village. This puzzled the pig. The pig said to the cow, 'People speak warmly of your good nature and your helpful attitude. They think you are very generous because each day you give them milk, butter and cheese. But how about me? I give them everything I have. I give them the famous sausages, bacon and ham i.e. my entire body. Yet no one likes me. Why is that?' The priest continued: "Do you know what the cow answered? The cow said, 'Perhaps it is because I give while I am still living.'"

great, atleast one person was impressed with the said story, and i hope she would spread the msg to all her relative's and friends.
There was once this guy who was very much in love with his girl. This romantic guy folded 1,000 pieces of paper cranes as a gift to his girl.
Although, at that time he was just a small fry in his company, his future doesn't seem too bright, they were very happy together. Until one day, his girl told him she was going to Paris and will never come back. She also told him that she cannot visualize any future for the both of them, so they went their own ways there and then... Heartbroken, the guy agreed. But when he regained his confidence, he worked hard day and night, slogging his body and mind just to make something out of himself.

Finally with all the hard work and the help of friends, this guy had set up his own company. You never fail until you stop trying. One rainy day, while this guy was driving, he saw an elderly couple sharing an umbrella in the rain walking to some destination. Even with the umbrella, they were still drenched. It didn't take him long to realize they were his girl's parents.
With a heart in getting back at them, he drove slowly beside the couple, wanting them to spot him in his luxury sedan. He wanted them to know that he wasn't the same any more; he had his own company, car, condo, etc

He made it! What he saw next confused him, the couple was walking towards a cemetery, and so he got out of his car and followed ... and he saw his girl, a photograph of her smiling sweetly as ever at him from her tombstone and he saw his paper cranes right beside her...
Her parents saw him. He asked them why this had happened. They explained, she did not leave for France at all.
She was ill with cancer. She had believed that he will make it someday, but she did not want to be his obstacle ... therefore she had chosen to leave him

Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.
She had wanted her parents to put his paper cranes beside her, because, if the day comes when fate brings him to her again ... he can take some of those back with him... Once you have loved, you will always love. For what's in your mind may escape but what's in your heart will remain forever.
The guy just wept.....The worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside her knowing you can't have her, see her or be with her ever again.........hope you understand. Find time to realise that there is one person who means so much to you, for you might wake up one morning losing that person who you thought meant nothing to you.

I) For behold, I, God, have asuffered these things for all, that they might not suffer if they would repent; But if they would not repent they must suffer even as I; Which suffering caused myself, even God, the greatest of all, to tremble because of pain, and to bleed at every pore, and to suffer both body and spirit—and would that I might not drink the bitter cup, and shrink”
