BJP Communal
by suresh on May 26, 2008 10:39 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I am afraid if Hubli once again turns to be a communal riot area ... If Gujrat is for Godhra .. Then Karnataka is for Hubli ...

BJP Should maintain peace and stability in KARNATAKA ... Otherwise Hubli may turn into an Ayodhya once again ....

Do you know the problem with Hubli? Those immature muslim friends in Hubli still feel that they belong to Pakistan, but live in Hubli. Rather than BJP doing something, why can't these people realize that they belong to India and contribute towards India's peace and prosperity?

BJP is not that much good.... but the same as like CONG and better than CPM
by shan shan on May 26, 2008 10:28 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is quite good to see that this time one party get majority to lead Karnataka. Let BJP rule the state for five years.
But that does not mean BJP is very good in all matters. Especially dealing with minorities like, Muslims, Christians and athiests. They should accept the existance other communities and thier beliefs in India and they are also part of our country.
They can not claim that they have made Gujarat as an industrial state which is the fruit of last 30-40 years of rule and the wish of Gujarat communities that ruled by many parties other than BJP. The development which we see in South India can not be seen in BJP-CONG-CPM ruled states like MP, UP, BIHAR, RAJASTAN, ORISSA,WB Jharkand, Tripura, Assam & Hariyana.

It seems like a lot of misunderstanding. This is nothing new since there are a lot of people who are working overtime to create such situation.

As per historical documentation Hindus have always been inclusive compared to other middleeastern faiths like muslim & christian. They could settle in India because of acceptance by Hindus, but then they behaved like anti Hindu under the guidance of their religious authority. And so is the religion problem.

Atheism is absolutely established in Indian culture from the beginning of time(Charvak's theory) It is again the sementic faiths like Muslim & christians who can not tolerate atheists.

BJP has been knocked down by Commie/Congis simply for power since BJP preaches unapeased unity. And that is anti for this corrupt people. So best way for this commie/congis to retain their power is to prevent BJP by misbranding them as communal which very much suit to 18% of minority.

BJP forgets things after winning the elections...
by Murli on May 26, 2008 10:27 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

They had promised change in power, road and crime situation in Bihar within 3 months after getting into the power.
Three years have passed now in Bihar but nothing has improved. After three years the CM discovers that all contracts given were in pathetic condition and negligible development has occured so far!
3 years have passed and not a single industry has come up in Bihar and bihar still today lags behind from the main stream with damn poor basic facilities and infrastructures, electricity supply remains a dream for most of Bihar and even capital has got pathetic power situation.
Coming to education system, all universities there are in poor state. A good Vice Chancellor was thrown out through politics.... The CM is unable to take actions against even a chaprasi peon, and the civil servents who are msot corrupt and main reason behind Bihar debacle are given high powers, and they do nothing and just eat up money of job cards of poors!

Where is BJP now? What happened to their tall claims?
The thing is that both BJP and congress are sick parties. Indians have no options and power has become like tennis ball caught between two bad players!

BJP bags power
by suresh on May 26, 2008 10:23 AM  Permalink

JD(S)-BJP had done an xcellent job when k'natka had coliation govt ... Kumarswamy as CM had won many hearts especially in North Karnataka... His approach towards solving the problem was xcellent .. Yedurappa has Dy.CM equally supported JD(S).
But when it came to transfer the power to BJP ... JD(S) Stabbed behind ...
And this was a big gain for BJP in this election..
JD(S) was shown doors by their own people in South Karntaka .... I feel people will forget JD(S) for ever ... JD(S) will be history in Karnataka ..

Kudos to the people of Karnataka .......
JAI KARNATAKA ............................

My heartiest congratulations to the people of Karnataka
by Truth on May 26, 2008 10:08 AM  Permalink

Congratulations to Kannadigas. You proved that you are more open minded than any other southern state. BJP promised development, you pulled them up and same time given a slap on family interests.I belongs to kerala and from a traditional congress family(Frog in a well). Once i moved out of kerala i realized what other parties are all about. Even now i have a chance to contest with a congress ticket if my uncle wishes. But i decided to keep me out of politics and cast my vote for the parties who drive by development. Fifty years of reservation did not help the weaker section. We need change, we need to uplift the people based on the economic status not based on the cast and religion. The day people realize reservation/loan waiver are only a vote bank politics. they vote for the party who have development agenda. i am happy my people are realizing this.

Lets see how BJP goes
by Sudhir ss on May 26, 2008 10:06 AM  Permalink

Through i didn't vote for BJP this time as in Mysore district Congress & JD(S) were powerful this time & congress has won 8/11 seats in the district. I had voted for BJP during last two Lok Sabha elections but i had doubts regarding state leadership. BJP got lot of seats in North Karnataka and Bangaloer city and people their expect a lot from them.
