First, let us see what is a democraftic form of govt. Secondly, only, we can ask us whether we are independent.
In democracy, people of adult age are using their franchise to chose a leader from their constituency. Now, who knows what is he and what he going to do for us. No, answer. If the elected person belongs to a party, then what is the manifesto of the party and shall they, if elected to rule, stick to it. Have ever any party done justice to what they promised to the voters at the time of their begging of the vote? No. Now, who shall be the leader of the party who shall be the Prime Minister. A big question. If there is no majority of single party then coalition of 20-24 and internal fight for finding out the leader and all the parties agreeing to it, is a biggest problem. Then comes the govt. and the budget. They see the previous budgets and make few changes, here and there, and submit it to the Parliament where it is discussed. The previous party is the worst critic of the budget and makers for a new budget which they say: "is not poor friendly". "is rich friendly". After a little bit of roar in the Parliament, the Budget is passed.
'Please ask any common man about the election, the democraftic form of franchizing, and the govt. and budgets and successfully passing 5 years or falling on the way before the completion of the term. You will find none of us knowing the intricacies of all this jargon. See our best economists at top of govt. but inflation is on & on.

what is democracy,Value for every vote, opinion and respect to his views, voice, but what we see is Ganging of majority against minority views,i am not saying religions, but suppressing all views against us by democratic way is called democratic dictatorship,In all party what we see is all politicians, sons, wives, relatives becoming MPS,MLAS,Politicians sell land ,first take control of govt lands various ways, then give permits for higher educations, engineerings,MBBS,s,BEDS etc,so where are aam ordinary aadmi he is always sufferer,What we see in Bollywood movies is 1 way real picture of our Indian society many times.

Dear Laxmi Panigrahi, I agree with you but have you please ever pondered as to why Muslim psyche is changing so fast. It is not long ago that our PM Manmohan Singh had boasted that no Indian muslim, thankfully,is on terror bandwagon. I would like your views as to why Indian Muslims are now slowly joing this extreme? what compulsions are driving even the educated muslims to join?

Arjuna said to Lord Krishna that 'Manna'is so powerful even more powerful than the wind, then how can I control it for doing my satvic karmas. The reply was : "With practice, Arjuna"
Another example, A nephew informed his uncle that his daughter is being spoiled by few well known friends, please take action so that the worst may be avoided. The uncle refused to believe his nephew and just abused him stopped him to say any thing more about his daughter. Time passed. One day the nephew went to his uncle and asked for boon with pardon as pre-condition. Uncle agreed and gave him a boon to ask for any thing of his choice. Nephew asked for sex with him. The result you can imagine. Abuses and blows from uncle to the nephew. Nephew left without hue & cry. Few days passed and he again asked for the boon to be fulfilled. Again the same scene was created. Nephew left and returned after a few day again and & again repeated. At the tenth time, the uncle was a bit submissive and offered him to do what he wanted.
This was the time. He became a vctor. He told his uncle. If you can agree to this hateful act, how can your daughter resist the offers from the unwanted males.
These two examples are, I think enough. When you have set sails for voyage, you have to be prepared first and face all the difficulties on your way to reach your destination. This is how Islam is approaching the co-religious people and trying to win them through arguments and precedences and necessities of Islamisation.

RESTRAIN PLEASE
by vinod jaiswal on Aug 28, 2008 01:52 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

During forties when the crescendo of communal disharmony reached its’ peak Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru in his hurry to become the prime minister of our country ignored the wisdom of Gandhi. In spite of his advice to deny the two nation theory, based on religion and wait patiently as British raj was on its’ last leg, Mr. Nehru accepted the division of country. We know the price the nation had to pay for this hurry. In the ensuing madness half a million people were killed, 15 million refugees poured across the borders.

After almost sixty years of this blood bath another great leader of our times Mr. L K Advani, known as prime minister in waiting, in his hurry to become the prime minister is creating another history. His famous rath yatra created perfect backdrop of demolition of Babri Masjid,Gujrat riots, Bombay blasts etc. And now after Ram mandir he is riding the wave of Amarnath& Orissa. He is desperate to some how destroy the present Government without careing for the consequences to this Nation. We the of citizens are helplessly watching and shivering in our hearts for the outcome of this madness. Those who died for our freedom, will never know that they had spawned a nation which would, as the years pass, become increasingly intolerant and bigoted, with individuals having scant respect for the opinions of others. There is now little give and take, there is little discussion and debate. There is but the hurling of abuse, intense rumour-mongering, and disinformation. No issue c

WHAT IS KASHMIR ISSUE - HAVE RESTRAINT AND THINK
by vinod jaiswal on Aug 28, 2008 01:38 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

During nineteen thirties and forties when the crescendo of communal disharmony reached its’ peak Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru in his hurry to become the prime minister of our country ignored and refused the wisdom of Mahatma Gandhi. In spite of his advice to deny the two nation theory, not to accept the partition of the country based on religious lines and wait patiently as British raj was on its’ last leg, Mr. Nehru along with Sardar and Maulana accepted the proposal of division of the country. We are all aware of the price the nation had to pay for this hurry. In the ensuing madness stoked by politicians half a million people were killed, 15 million refugees poured across the borders to regions completely foreign to them.

And now after Ram mandir he is riding the wave of Amarnath.Orissa christians are becoming another issue. He is desperate to some how destroy the present Government without careing for the consequences to this Nation. We the majority of citizens of this great democracy are helplessly watching and shivering in our hearts for the outcome of this madness sweeping the nation.

All those who gave their lives for our freedom, thankfully, will never k

What is kashmir issue///Can it be resolved /without any kind of armed struggle.....does ny1 agree??
by vaibhave bhatnagar on Aug 28, 2008 03:17 AM  Permalink

kashmir issue is about whethe rkashmir is a part of india or not!!!!
After the partition kashmir which was a muslim dominated state but ruled by a hindu raja was given asked to decide its fate by a referendum in whihc the general populace will vote towards, alligning with pakistan, india or remaining azad..
But that referendum never took place as a result all this fighting and in 1971 Pakistan army occupied a part of kashmir and didnt move away from it and nw it called PoK by India and Azad kashmir by pakistan

Apart from that in the same indian forces moved uptil lahore but our beloved "lal bahdur shastri" didnt have the balls to digest it and he signed a cease fire in which we were supposed to stay in lahore but he pulled our troops back and thus we lost PoK and the conquered territory ..so half of the kashmir problem could've been solved ...if jus one man had enof guts to digest it...

and India dint do it again cause pakistan has a First nuclear strike policy again invasion and india being signatory to CWC and kyoto protocol doesnt has no-first strike policy...

thats whats holding india back and thats y every PM is pressuring on dialogue b/w the 2 nations

But to my understanding only final solution to kashmir is through a war ...I have stayed in srinagar for most of my life b4 moving to new zealand ..i have seen the place deteriote and go from jaant-e-kashmir to jehannum-e-kashmir

People want peace and lasting peace can be obtained by a war in thi scenar

I don't understand what on the earth made them include SRK, Tendulkar and viswanathan. Instead they should have included Mahatma Gandhi.
