As we all know that government of andhra pradesh has taken prestageously about the indiramma program in andhra pradesh. Though the government has implementing the lots of programs in the name of poor, the funds are moving into the pockets of congress leaders and into the pockets of officials. As an example I am listing few of the cases. 1. The sanction authorities are selecting the beneficiaries eligible for Indiramma program whom are suggested by the local congress leaders. 2. As an example I can give some of the names as Mr Chandra Sekar reddy who is working as DEE in APSHC which plays a wide role in collecting votes for the government. 2.1 There were lots of incidents filed against him during the period of TDP government and even his name has been raised in the Assembly as most corrupted person. 2.2 After the congress government came into ruling all the incidents laid against him are taken back and now he getting promoted. 2.3 During the TDP government he has been given incharge as Disrtict Manager for the district of chittoor later by the proved incidents he has been punished by demoting him back to DEE post. 2.4 He has saved a hero named MR Padnabham who is recently promoted as DEE in APSHC which is not known to most of the people. He has voiled the election Commision rules during the period of 1999.
