1. 2 days after they discovered the body of aarushi 2. yes they r in the house and they claim they were sleepin n didn't know anythng 3.they n their padosi 4. aarushi's parents went to haridwar fr washing the ashes in ganga the usual ritual after the death of any hindu.

media played a worse role in this case.media is going to investigate all the cases. This is not good.There r tremendous pressure on up police.media is increasing this pressure.UP POLICE SHOULD GET THE TIME FOR INVESTIGATION because this is a blind murder and ther is no any eye witness.You can see that even Aarushi's father didnot open the door of the roof door.Rajesh talwar's behavior is very suspecious also because when Police came to his house first time for investigation ,he did not open that door.Its because he is involved in this murder.His plan was that ,when Police will go after the investigation ,he will take the body of Hemraj away from his house and throw it.But his plan was failed because media persons are always present around his house.Rajesh Talwar did not get time and the body of Hemraj got rotten .SO Rajesh Talwar is hundred percent involve in this murder.

i'd like to sterss on that media thing. munna u hav raised a very good point. these days media is totally n drastically encroached their limits just to maintain the TRP high. we should make it clear that media is not some sort of bloody MORAL POLICE.. their job is to inform about the happenings across the world.. in any case presented by the media or the cases which are making rounds the media is prejudice. can anyone tell a controversial case in which media is not prejudice. its the job of courts to see if someone is guilty or not.every1 has its own job.have u ever seen news on those channels which shows a whole 5 hrs program on a nude lady ws seeen on mars n aliens n comets n all that shit.. they are sending wrong superstitous,incomplete and manipulated information i think MEDIA IS THE BIGGEST LOOSER. we should have restriction on media as we have in CHINA.
The arrogance of the Union Minister Renuka Choudhary seems to have crossed all the limits. Every time a crime involving a woman takes place, she starts behaving like a law unto herself. In the recent Aarushi Talwar case, she has threatened the cops with dire consequences, if they attempt to cast aspersions on the character of the deceased girl. This act on the part of the Minister clearly amounts to direct interference in the due process of law. What will happen if the police bring out concrete proof of the deceased girl’s relations with the domestic servant Hemraj? In that case, will the Minister eat her own words and apologize to the police?

Vineet technically Renuka Choudhary is right. But she can do the same job by calling on them rather than reacting in media. She is contradicting her own stand by this act. She should act responsibly. Police force as we all know is under tremendous pressure. Sometimes because of lack of communication skills, police force use certain worms which seems derogatory. You cannot correct that by another derogatory statement. Police force many a times risk their lives to maintain law and order. It is the government that is blocking police reforms from at least 10 - 12 years.
The murderer of aarushi has has taken away her life but what these creatures whome we call police have done, they have killed her (her family,and her familiy frieds DURANI's), soul,honour, dignity. Is there any body out there to punish them?

u seem to be ver sympathetic to Durrani and spell them with bold letters. y not . anita durrani was doing a fine job till caught. Only some people did not get enough of her and all hell broke loose.
Handling of this case by UP police is shocking and shameful. IG should have been sacked immediately in view of his utterances.Till the last day ,SSP Noida informed in open press conference that Dr talwar was fully cooperating then suddenly next day he was arrested on the suspician that he was consulting his advocate for obtaining anticipatory bail if this was proof of his involvement in crime. In the name of scientific forensic foolproof investigation, most vicious kind of character asassination was resorted to perhaps in the hope that unable to cope up with mass hysteria, talwars may take some extreme step thereby putting an end to scientific investigation. After having failed to find any proof , UP govt now wants to wriggle out by tansferring the case to CBI as a damage control step.All sympathies to Talwars in their hour of grief and also to family of Hemraj

Yes, police have messed up the case. It may be Talwar' who have initially bribed and tried to cover up. By then it has come under the scanner of media, then police have tried to do some homework that has backfired. Police have to explain why they did not search and secure the place of crime. Why they didnt bring forensic experts in the first place. Talwar'household probably would have thought of disposing off the body once attention shifts to cremation. The killer is from within. Otherwise why should a killer bother to drag the body to terrace, cover it with cooler cover and lock the terrace again. Whoever may be that killer, he or she has taken enough time without hurrying. If there was any other killer they would have bolted Dr and Mrs. Talwars' room first. A person who knew where the keys to terrace was, should also be knowing Talwars' their bedroom. In my opinion a scene was created to blame Hemaraj, so his body was hidden. Why didn't they hide Arushi's body. If a killer is someone else why did he bother to move the body and hide. His goal was killing, he would have killed and disappeared. Why did he need mobile phones of both?

Anything is possible. Common sense observation of the crime scene and events aftermath points out finger at the family rather than any one else. Lawyers are trying to play with technicalities than with facts. Whoever has killed has killed with such a precision. He/They may have used surgical gloves to avoid finger prints, they have taken time to collect all important things like weapon or tool used to kill, mobile phones etc. Definitely they were not in a hurry. The family version of events looks like a fairy tale.
cant say who has done it unlees it is proved .But i think if the parents have commited such a sin then it is pretty sure that this was the reason why you were not blessed by a child for ten years after your marriage i think instead of being such parents one should better be childless.
