Aarushi
by Shiv Almal on Jun 08, 2008 09:17 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is a most shocking case. No clue was left by victims. The lesson may be that in serious crimes the first hand investigation should involve senior officer or detective and others with video recording and not by local lower levels. Clue and evidence are important.

There area circumstantial evidences. But the physical evidences are either hidden or destroyed. Let the investigative agencies put culprits to narco analysis truth will come out.

Now Media give much stress and showing much enthusiam about Aarushi case. But what about the Poor Servant Hemraj life ? was his life is value-less ? Why media forget this thing? Now media is taking those cases which contain MASALA(i,e Cream) , which give them TRP.......
Here also media gave much hype on Aarushi name because it contain lot of masala like extra martial affirs of father with other women, A 14 Years gal illict relationship with domestic Servant.
We should not forget Hemraj by the way he was also a human with family behind him.

Nithari Case
by sandeep lengade on Jun 03, 2008 04:09 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Can anybody remeber Nithari killing case? What is the status of the case now? Is it closed or investigation is still on? The way media hyped it for a month and has left it , its a shame to the indian media and journalism. Same will happen to Arushi case.. Why do public and media forget such cases and always look for new ones? Media is hopeless in india as they are only behind masala news and are working towards TRP's rather than providing proper information and facts. Atleast one news channel show your integrity towards your jobs..

Peculiar Behaviour
by Vismay on Jun 03, 2008 03:13 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is the family of Dr. Talwar that asked for CBI inquiry. Now why are they pushing for his bail? what are they afraid of? No police and investigative agencies will kill him like that when it is under media scanner. Any person who is not guilty will not the afraid of anything. In fact it looks like, Talwar's were planning to buy police by bribing them and cover up the case. In fact they may have been successful initially. That is why police have not collected finger prints and brought dog squad for help. But when the story has become more than local and under the scrutiny of public via media, they have started blaming police for bungling. Had police handled this case professionally without getting influenced by Talwar' social standing and their closeness to people of power, this could have been solved much more earlier.

right you are. now lets see what material is CBI made of. Let them solve it beyond doubt.
It was really some bungling in the initial investigation there that they skipped important points like finger print scanning, etc and let it be disppeared and may have actually helped in doing so. Indian Police is CORRUPT beyond any doubt. Then this is UP . What can u expect.
They bungled in Nithari killings also. See nobody raises a voice now since money has reached proper places. And the killer is said to be enjoying his cocktails in Europe now. Hahaaaaaa Haaaaaa India. I will congratulate that killer if he repeats his passion on Corrupt Indian politicians and Corrupt Indian Police officials--- Eat them.

Yes Vismay, the statement by their maid that both Dr. Talwar and Mrs. Talwar were awake when she arrived, suggests something very peculiar of this couple. They were aware of their daughter's death at least by the time their helper arrived. Why didn't they call police or call their neighbours? If someone sees the body of their dear one the preliminary reaction will be calling for help, even though they know their dear one is dead, they will seek the help of a doctor. They will be be looking for hope beyond hope. Statement by Mrs. Talwar, differ from one interview to the other.

What a shame - 02 deaths vs 40 deaths
by harbir bhadana on Jun 03, 2008 10:05 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is really shame on media that they have become political tools of the Political parties, they projects the news which help their Masters.
40 deaths of innocent gujjars fighting for their cause is not discussed and highlighted in media, the way they are surviving in rain storms and Hot Sun, all food and supplies cut off by the goverment, even all the ice factories in and around area are loked by goverment.
where as the death of 02 persons find lime light becouse it will help their masters to have political gain.
