It is very disappointing to know that request for closure of the arushi murder case is been entertained by court. I am very much surprised and would like to share the info that Our police department has carelessly handle the case.. First , Police has entertain the Talwar's argument that they are not having keys of terrace?Second Talwar and fanily has cleaned the room as well washed the clothes of arushi and sent her body for post mortem? Third with in same day the post mortem is done and concluded with report?Fourth Same day the cremination ritual are performed and noone was available for answering the quieries of Investigating team?Fifth Postmortem is done on cleaned body of girl ?Last but not least nowhere anyone is interested for Hemraj who should be given justice as his family is in Nepal?After one year Mr. Talwar is handing over the Golf Stick to CBI and now the prime weapon is disclose?? Tell me onething any of above things are done by a common man then will he be get relief will our law permits such careless ness?????? In this case Invovment of high profile person is there and due to which undue advantage is been taken by Talwar and other (Police/CBI /Doctors etc)
To whom we have to trust...As an person we all pray that Court has to decline the closure report and have to initiate reinvestegation with proper honest person...???? Two billion Plus population mein can't we get a person who honestly investigate the case and disclose the culprits.

DO you remmeber initially Media has reported Mr. Talwar is Arushi's Step Father????? Two months back CBI Confirms that Victims are died due to a hit with Golf stick on Head and later the throat is slited.
One of Talwars well wisher has tried to influence the Psotmortem report where Rape part should not be disclosed.
Arushi-Hemraj murder case has been declared as India's biggest murder mystery ever. There are several cases pending like this which are still unsolved. Sometimes I wonder how the detective shows and medical detective shows on Discovery Channels solves the cases older than a decade when there is no trace left behind. What can't of practices and techology they follow. The policemen in India are still not aware about how to use a mobile phone...One of my uncle is in the police dept. and he says that AISE HI CHALTA APNE YAHAN PAR..
i still believe in arushi murder case whole family involve in this case cbi gust like bihar police or up police due to revervation no cbi officer is fully capable to solve any complex case sorry to say
If Talwar would a Hindu Terrorist he would not be punished. Due to the terror of Hindu Terrorists like Praveen Bhagoda, Narendra Landi, Vinay Katahua etc.
Why it is not a Hemraj Murder Case? If Hemraj was only Murdered would the media have given this much coverage? Would Rajesh Talwar have been in custody for so long? I think not. The media would have not reported that case at all. We see in films also that an important man is killed along with his servants and guards but the case is tried only for the murder of that important man. Hemraj murder case would not have seen the light of the day and the CBI would not have been called at all. The local police would have solved the case. Also if Aarushi had been not so pretty and been a servant girl, the same would have happened.
Good Job done by CBI,It has been expected by the police to do the same.Are our police mens,or officers are so leniant about the clues,thei leniancy proves thier failure of noida police.They are fail to prvevnt the day 2 day crime as well.
we read and heard lot . no where , no one questioned the hurry at which the body was cremated. at the public interest we would like to know when she was muredered and when she was cremated . whether postmortem was done? let her father go free, nothing to worry.
