BAD decision, God saves India
by utpal bhatt on Jul 31, 2007 05:24 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I dont want to say much, never wrote anything on rediff, we could have fined him, 2-5 crors, and then utilized that money for the better work. and also i year jail. because, he is paying for being a star, and secondly, you cant avoid mafia, if you are a Bollywood stat, YOU JUST CANT. The judge probably never understood it, at the age of 52, the judge is over principled. which is of actually no use... bad decisaion,

I agree with you. and the people saying that 1993 riots are unforgettable events in Indian History. It will become a lesson to everybody.... then the arms which were with Sanjay Dutt were not used in thr riots, He destroyed them as he do not want thenm to be used and now after much decussion I am sure that he was told to keep the arms at the gun pointed on his family.Anyone will do it if in the same circumstanes, which is not consider here in this case.

Why can't we avoid mafia. Keda took a great decision without under going any pressure by sentencing 6 years of jail to Sanjay. If we fine 2 - 5 crores and release him, Anybody who can pay 2 crores will support mafia and will roam with the guns on the road.. 1993 riots are unforgettable events in Indian History. It will become a lesson to everybody....

This shows the lackunae of the judicial system & Each every person behind this heniuos acts are to hanged in public,if that is not possible they & their kins should be stripped of their citizenship which would discourage others from even thinking of these crimes. The law also needs to take action against the people who created this for political milage.

Ohh my my, Hindus believe in Sri Krishna but not in Sri Krishna Commission.

Remember the cause of the blast - the 1992 Riots.

If riots can be avoided, so can be bomb blasts.

CAN OUR POLICE CATCH THE KING?
by vasu on Jun 20, 2007 04:22 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

y held people who are workers of a company....if owner is culprit... ITS THE DUTY OF POLICE TO CATCH THE OWNER AND NOT ITS EMPLOYEES, BECAUSE EMPLOYEES DO IT EITHER IN THE FEAR OR unknowingly.

FACE THE FACT...YOU CANNOT CATCH HOLD OF DAWOOD.

MENNON, DUTT, ETC...ARE JUST EMPLOYEES WHO CAN BE EASILY THOUGHT LESSON.

AGAIN, YOU CANNOT CATCH DAWOOD...BECAUSE OUR MINISTERS ARE IN ASSOCIATION WITH HIM.

Sanjay Dutt TADA Case
by Anant on Jun 16, 2007 04:51 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

All 19193 bomb blast accused must get punished and that includes Mr. Dutt also as he was not a kid to accept a weapon like AK-47 and was also awailable of arms act. Again nobody offers weapons to his friends unless there is any criminal intention.
