Its highly ridiculous to believe that a religious book would approve of such an act, the world would have been doomed 1400yrs ago if all muslims believed that.

If we studied honestly and objectively the life of the Prophet from authentic and unbiased sources we will find that he never engaged in the battlefield nor did he approve of battles other than to repel aggression, including legitimate pre-emptive strike against pending attack, or to stop aggression or persecution.

Nothing of this sort is written it is just propaganda war to mislead others. Killing innocent is strongly condemned in Islam as God is the only Authority who will punish anyone for his sins. It is also matter of misintepretation. Even it is clearly mentioned those who are born and raise like you , you should not hate them.

This the root cause of the problem

Seems like people here can just talk. What a PJ? These are the same people who play songs of god and act like a dodo without brains, when its time to do things right. Religion is a twin edge knife. Use a twin knife sword - kill others with one edge and let the other edge kill you. Rediff, keep your thoughts to yourself, you are wasting time, putting oil to fire.

Dear friend,
I wonder what made the Islamic body to come up with this kind of a statement so late? Thousands of innocents are killed in so called Jihad. So much of time and money has been spent to protect the nations from these fanatics who are brainwashed by some lunatics. And now that an islamic body comes up and says it is bad! But yeah, better late than never.

"Do not mischief on the earth after it has been set in order." - means when GOD has set everything already for you...dont spoil it by eventing your own rules. Its just like a mother saying to a child "Beta, maine tumhare kapde iron kardiye hain! dont u dare spoil them."

Im a Hindu! so calm down!

My message is to unite all as its "Gods wish" to create a "Sarva Dharma Priya" Nation!
Which was called "Bharat"!

I condemn terrorism against muslims in gujrat. It was very wrong to do so.Now,would you condemn killing kar sevaks by lighting a train bhogie and locking all doors so that people inside could not even escape. Was that not a gruesome crime????before even crying that people killed muslims in godhra, wouldnt you look into yourself and understand why the rioting started in the first place???you are talking of people to be just to muslims but what about muslims being just to hindus and stop doing anything wrong to hindus?????
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction

Welcome Declaration by Darul Uloom
by Kris iyer on Jun 01, 2008 11:07 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

The rarity of such clear declarations, makes this VERY WELCOME. Humanity must prevail over religion. Disruption of life through terrorism will eventually affect the families of the terrorists themselves. Cancer cells spread throughout the body, they don't stay in one part for long.

The difference between a war-like mind and a peaceful mind is that the first mind will eventually become confused and go mad whereas the second mind will remain healthy and happy.

Several groups in this world are unhappy - each with its own set of grievances. But not every group opts for suicide bombings, baazaar bombings or flying planes into buildings.

Muslims feel others are interfering in their lands. But muslims are colonising Europe, at least six millions have moved to Britain, France, Holland and Germany. Some of them are causing problems in these countries that were until recently 100% Christian. Should some Christian groups opt for suicide bombs, throw grenades at the mosques in their countries?

Saudi money is converting Hindus to Islam. Many Hindus believe that Hindu temples were destroyed in pilgrimage centres like Kashi, Mathura and Prayag, and Masjids built in their places. Hindus also have other grievances about how the Indian govt. is treating them. Should there be some Hindu suicide bombers also? Is it beyond Hindu groups to place bombs in muslim countries? Violence is ultimately easy for any human group.

If every group does it then where is society? Look at Iraq.

Kris iyer sir,

Thanks for welcoming the declaration.

you have written from you point of view.

I take this opportunity to humbly furnish my point of view.

Is this the first declaration you hear from muslim? No. you may be meeting many muslims in your every day life. can you point out how many of them terrorists / terrorist supporter?

"Muslims feel others are interfering in their lands." This is your statement.

Do you remember what is the basis for Iraq invasion? Weapons of Mass Destruction. Is this not a lie.? Bush and blair lied to the maximum extent.

Do you remember 9/11 what happened to the enquiries of the incident? what was the finding?

where are the black boxes of the aeroplanes hit the building?

can you replay the video and see it again?

Whatever western media say you accept and talk.

Veda also say that Do not spread any news without verifying its truthfulness.

There are criminals in the world irrespective of religion.

But if a muslim did any wrong all jump on islam and others just by name.

Are they doing anything against the law of the land?

Anyway kris iyer sir, Ther is a proverb in tamil

Islam means peace!
by Abdul Samad on Jun 01, 2008 11:07 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

According to the Quran, the purpose of the creation of different races and nations is not conflict and war but cultural richness.

“O Mankind! We created you from a male and female, and made you into peoples and tribes so that you may know one another. The noblest among you in God's sight is the most upright one. God is All-Knowing, All-Aware.” (Quran, 49:13)

So also, according to the Quran, all creatures on earth are sentient beings.

"There is not an animal on earth, nor a bird that flies on its wings -but they are communities like you (Quran 6:38)

Islam considers it as a grave offense to kill innocent people and to spread terror on the land. Such acts are considered one of the most obvious examples of mischief.

“If someone kills another person – unless it is in retaliation for someone else or for causing corruption in the earth – it is as if he had murdered all mankind. And if anyone gives life to another person, it is as if he had given life to all mankind” (Quran, 5:32)

Allah denounces those who make mischief on earth, who subject people to cruelty and those who kill people for no reason.

"Then, is it to be expected of you, if you were put in authority, that you will do mischief in the land, and sever your ties of kinship? Such are the people God has cursed, making them deaf and blinding their eyes"(Quran, 47:22-23)

"Seek the abode of the hereafter with what God has given you, without forgetting your portion of the world. And do good as God has be

No matter how immoral or hostile others behaving, a Muslim is supposed to only act justly.

"O You who believe! Show integrity for the sake of God, bearing witness with justice. Do not let hatred for a people incite you into not being just. Be just. That is closer to faith. Heed God [alone]. God is aware of what you do."(Quran, 5:8)

The existence of hypocritical people who emerge in the name of God and religion, but actually organise themselves to commit wickedness condemned by Allah, is indicated in the Quran. One verse talks about a gang of nine men who planned to murder the Prophet by swearing in the name of God:

“There was a gang of nine men in the city causing corruption in the land and not putting things right. They said, “Let us make an oath to one another by God that we will fall on him and his family in the night and then say to his protector, We did not witness the destruction of his family and we are telling the truth.” They hatched a plot and We hatched a plot while they were not aware."(Quran, 27:48-50)

As this incident described in the Quran reveals, the fact that people do things "in the name of God" or even swear in His name, in other words that they use the kind of language designed to show themselves as very religious, does not mean that what they do is in conformity with religion. On the contrary, what they do can be quite against the will of God and the morality of religion.

This being the case, it is obvious what great sins are the murde
