Look at you !!! LoL.....raving and ranting about islam at every given opportunity. What sort of insecurity is this that prompts you to keep explaining your religion ?
All look at your logic - its muslims vs everything else - animals, non-muslims and every living being the other. This aggregation of us vs them is the source of your problems !!! Realise that - because then the 'other' is dehumanised and it becomes ok (Under some conditions as per you muslims) to hurt the 'other' !! Well - you started it - the 'other' is coming back to you now - be ready to face the consequences of what you started. And look at you cowards - now when the world is hitting you back for the problem you started - you suddenly have fatwas and explainations to call yourself peaceful. Whatever happened to your desire to fight till the world turns 100% islamic ? Darr gaye kya ?
Lastly - And this is my personal choice - so take it for that - I reject all religions that think of God as a punishing authority - what nonsense is this - My version of God is a loving, caring motherlike figure (Most likely genderless - but if I had choice of faith - would be the female forces in the world as my God)
I know it is impossible for you abrahamic religion types to fathom the power of God in its completeness and tolerance.

One or two good deeds does not mean that the person is good. Imagine i have raped / molested / cheated / bribed / killed / robbed etc. etc. and then i do some good deeds like supporting underprivilaged / society / taking care of disabled etc.etc. does this mean i am good person. Moreover, why r v fighting when v dont know whether hell or heaven exist.....why should v carry a umbrella today when the rain is forecasted after a week. Human should be accountable for his actions, we have a judiciary and they will decide.....leave it for them. However, this does not mean any inhuman act should not be opressed by general public. Good is god / heaven and Bad is evil / hell.......which is in oneself.

You are a confused man yes there is justification to wage physical jihad....
Nevertheless, the cases where Muslims are allowed to fight against non-Muslims are when they start fighting first, when they violate the privacy of Muslims, expel them from their homes, or hinder them from conveying the message of Islam. Also, Muslims are permitted to fight against non-Muslims when they confiscate Muslims' right to propagate Islam through providing clear evidence and proof. Physical Jihad is allowed when non-Muslims wage war against Muslims, or when they kill Muslim callers

It is very disturbing as it shows that the agencies responsible for the security of the people are incapable and to cover their inefficiency, they keep abducting people from the minority community which are produced at their chosen time. The real culprits remain at bay and the threat remains undiminished.
However, The Indian state's treatment of scapegoats is in stark contrast to the 'holy cows' it protects, irrespective of their trespasses or crimes against the people of the country.
Whether it be the Hashimpura massacre of 1987, the Babri Masjid demolition and the Mumbai massacre of 1992, the Gujarat genocide of 2002 or the Nanded bomb blasts of 2002, the real culprits are either never apprehended and even if they are - never punished. Despite the open involvement of the leaders of the BJP and Shiv Sena , RSS, VHP and other Sangh outfits in a systematic and consistent hate campaign, organised communal massacres and in stockpiling and manufacture of arms they are never declared terrorist organisations and banned. Open armed parade by the RSS , Trishul dikshas Dikshas are tolerated and allowed. They are the holy cows who are never touched.
It is time to end the division of the Indian people into scapegoats or holy cows and ensure equal justice to all irrespective of caste, class,

This convention on 'Scapegoats and Holy Cows- The State's 'Response to Terrorism' therefore condemns:
- The way innocent people, especially Muslims, across India are being harassed, picked up, arrested and tortured in the name of fighting terrorism;
- The existence of draconian 'anti-terrorist' laws like the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, ASPA,1958 and calls for more new ones that will suspend basic Constitutional rights as this will only worsen the problem of terrorism and never solve it.
- The victimization of the entire Muslim community in the country without a proper investigation of the role of specific individuals who may come from any community in the country;
- The failure of the Indian Home Ministry and national security agencies in providing proper intelligence on terrorist activities and protecting the lives of innocent civilians;
- Attempts to prevent lawyers from providing legal assistance to those arrested on 'suspicion' of being involved in the 'terrorist' act;
We further demand the Indian government:
- Repeal all repressive laws that have replaced POTA at both the national and state level or are already part of the Indian Penal Code as also the Armed Forces Special Powers Act and the Disturbed Areas Act;

Well, the the guys in Deoband realize that it is inhumane. They were the guys who protected terrorists providing mosques as hiding places. Better to laught it off! I sincerely don’t want to embarrass or offend you. I want just to make you realize that in matters of faith there is no rationale just faith. Faith makes you think that everything that your religion teaches is right and every thing that someone else’s religion teaches him totally wrong ! It is the same for a Hindu , a Muslim , Christian to anyone else . The way out lets each man follow what his faith demands of him .
