"set in order" means God(meaning ALLAH for muslim) has created it perfect and set in order i.e.day and night...mountains and plantation..greenery and water bodies...
this is the problem either people dont understand or take it in parts not in complete...
the entire motive is muslim/islam bashing..
and ask why terrorist are made... how many rapes,murders have u witnessed...may be mumbai riots and gujrat massacre both done on muslims only

Mohamud doesnot allow any body to leave Islam. If he wants then he has to die. Please read Quran. Please read Hadisa. How many non believers were killed by Mohumad himself.
How mohumad befooled believers of Madina ( it may be Macca). When they defeted Mohumad he signed atreaty with them. Then he did underground preparation contarary to the terms and conditions of treaty. Then he attacked them unawre, killed them. Crushed them brutaly. And converted all in Islam
