It is good to see that the enlightened muslim bodies of India are gathering courage to speak up against terrorism. Without waiting for government sops like special status or funds the rich or influential islamic individuals or bodies of India should mobilise resouces to uplift economically backward muslims of all sects to acquire the assets of education and enlightement. This will save them from the clutches of politicians exploiting the poor muslims as vote banks as they have vested interests in having a permanent mass of "poor or backward" muslims. It is also nice to see some islamic trusts setting up educational institutions and hospitals which are not only open for muslimns but also for other communities. I pray to the Almighty that may the the muslims and their brethren abroad take their community even beyond the stage of glorious Arab muslims of bygone era who were instrumental in spreading science like Astronomy and Mathematics from the Indian shores to Western world. May they eat fruits of modern science, accommodate modern social values like liberty, equality and social justice else the present rulers tuble like the former Iranian Shah or King ofpresent Nepal or Saddam Hussain. Let there be a truly enlightened,powerful, prosperous and benveolent United Islamic States like European Union, Russian Federation or USA. Only such a body can address the issues specific to Islamic world very effectively. Otherwise who will care for them once their oil barrels are empty?

Dear Brothers, I dont know where you got this information that islamic mullahs call for jehad......In islam best jehad is against ones own will,bad thoughts and desires not war or fight. You must judge islam from Holy Quran and Sahi Hadith not from the sayings of some mullahs who dont know islam in right way. You may find hypocrites in every religion there may be in islam also, there in hindus also sadhu got in all sorts of activities. The fight in Kashmir is not of Islam it is for Kashmir as ULFA is doing in Assam. I would like to tell you one more point alone ULFA has done some 750 attacks and they are hindus, hinduism is never blamed for it....few days ago it was seen Sahara samay news in Nagpur Bajrang dal is openly taking training.....who is promoting them. My dear brothers it is nothing but the game of politics,where we innocent people are misguided by the politicians in the name of religion....nothing else. If you want to know more about islam read quran and life of Muhammad, peace be upon him. Be informed that despite of all these negative publicity of islam,world over people are converting to islam. We have to die so read all the religious scriptures and then decide what is right, what is wrong.....dont judge religion by wrong followers judge it by scriptures and practice it in right way....Also listen the lectures of Dr. ZAkir Naik,on various issues. There have been enough debates in which many scholars of various religions participated to discuss the so called stupid jehad by muslims against the Hindus (kafirs as they call us). Be it in the Kashmir, Israel, Chechnya etc. The islamic scholars are shouting from the top of their voice that they are against such inhuman acts and that islam preaches peace and love.
But if they are so sincere in their approach why not anyone of them show the guts to go to Jammu & Kashmir and issue a fatwa or try to explain the people of Kashmir that they will be safer wz India whom they (kashmiris) hate so much.
Why don't the muslims urge the govt. to hang Afzal guru who was the mastermind in the attack on the Indian parliament. Why are they keeping quite.
Why don't they go to Kashmir and tell the youths their that the pakistanis are misguiding them and using them under their banner of idiot jehad. Its clear that pakistan knows that it can't face the might of the Indian army in an open war and have already lost very badly in four wars wz India. Hence they send their coward mujahids across the border, offer money to the unemployed kashmiri youths, brainwash them and motivate them against India.
The kashmiris should thank the Indian army which is protecting them against coward pakistan. If they want to be wz pakistan then throw them out of India and they will meet the same fate of lakhs of muslims who migrated to pakistan during partition.

In what way arab is intolerant......I am living in Arab right now and i find it the world's safest place. No molesting of women, no fights among people, strict law and order, economy is prospering and what not and please be informed that there are hindus living in saudi arbia and you ask them you will find them safe. You all have been just fed with wrong informations about islam from the politician influenced media. Pak and Kashmir is a political issue not religious.....May be they want independent Kashmir as ULFA wants in Assam and Marathis were beating to Non Marathis shown on TV, to maintain there identity....These are totally political things nothing to do with religion. Islam teaches peace and harmony. Islam says the life here is very short and real life will start hereafter,where everyone will have to pay for his deeds in world,this life. About hinduism I have to say nothing wrong because islam say dont say bad for any religion, I only request you for one thing,please go and read the holy scriptures in Hinduism Like Vedas.....and also ramayana and bible and Quran also check and then follow the right one....in Vedas it has been clearly mentioned that God has no image,idol worship is not permitted in hinhuism just because of ignorance you hindus do idol worship. why do we forget that Indians in america celebrate Independence day with more fervor vis-a-vis the American Day. We all love our parent culture more. And terrorism is a global disease and not related to one community alone. what about naxalites, maoists etc? Was hitler a mulim? i am a hindu but i have such good muslim friends who have stood by me in crises. Humanity is more important. Every religion preaches about it.
