Failure to incorporate best practices and model policies in preparing for and in responding to mass demonstrations or other crowd control can result in unnecessary injuries or even deaths of officers, protesters or others. It can result in violations of basic rights, it can undermine police-community relations and it can lead to significant civil awards and settlements paid by jurisdictions to plaintiffs alleging unconstitutional policing policies or tactics. As police leaders and city officials plan for anticipated mass demonstrations, issues to consider include: training, intelligence, supervision, strategic planning and inter-agency coordination, communications strategies, appropriate uses-of-force guidance, appropriate tactics, proper officer identification, dispersal announcement procedures, mass arrests planning and preparation of sufficient and humane detention sites. Police firing that maims and kills as a method of crowd control is unlawful and can never be justified under any circumstances, no matter what the provocation.
All General classes people as government want to provide priviliges and keep the discrimination among Indians as forward, backward, minority, schedules class and tribe so requesting all to keep the feeling of casteism alive and help our govt to keep reservation on. I replaced my servant who was a cobbler and asked him to fetch a job by reservation and found a poor guy from upper caste and gave him job because govt understanding is not based on poverty level rather caste based. So please more n more casual job to upper class poor people and help a complete growth of India. Poor people lower class please go and buy employment news and get job.

We need to first fire the Congress and Communists who are the champions for reservation. Very soon we will see SC/ST Missiles will be launched first and also the future Indian cosmonauts will be SC/ST only as there was 1 post only and it will be reserved. If we don't find SC/ST guys then we need to end of sending some animals in space in lieu of them.
Ambedkar and Gandhi fought among themselves and together have given India the cancer which will never be cured.

The answer to this is a resounding NO.Just loot US.There is a affirmative policy based on race which elevated blacks to a great extent and no politican worth his salt cried against this on the grounds of quality. It is debatable whether reservation is applicable to a caste or not but only people without tinge of humanity will talk of not compensating the victims of centuries of discrimination on the grounds of catse. I want to say what a Tall leader of Tanil Nadu Kamarajar said about this. Show me the bridges colopased because it is built by a low caste engineer Show me the dead bodies of patient who is operated upon by a low caste doctor,i will then consider this quality issue
I think it is high time we remove caste based reservations. Only way for affirmative action is based on economic status. This will not only eliminate poverty albit slowly but also caste system which is worst kind of discrimination. Once the caste system is weakend and finally removed there wont be any hinderance in our progress.
Let us try and analyse the facts, Gujjars have been demanding reservation. Claiming it as their right. They burn public vehicles, kill people, derail trains - and then cleim themselves as victims. Reserveation by itself is a stupid concept propagated by vote hungry politicians to devide and rule. The only criteria for reservation can and should be economic and Gujjars surely do not qualify for that.

u bird brain, with superficial knowledge and no understanding of social issues, go educate yourself with hard core social realities and then comment. It sounds all well say 'economic condition' should be criteria, but how would you implement it. Just to give a simple example: In 80s, there was a rule that if a govt department cldn't find suitable SC/ST candidate they could hire a general candidate. Sounds very good…isn’t it. But the so upper cast officer would publish reserved job ads in obscure newspaper which most ppl didn't read. Result, once the officially date to hire a reserved category "cldn't be found" they would hire a general candidate to fill the position. More example: There thousand of reports claiming how upper casts manipulate the system to grab the land which was meant for landless SC/ST laborers...
If such hard-core criteria could be defied, how would you implement something as vague as economic condition…so my dear city-bread dude...go visit villages and then u wld realize the stark realities.

heres a dumbhead justifying whats happening. Its people like you who propogate caste based reservations and then cry foul when something goes against. If you cant think of a way to implement reservation based on 'economic criteria', then find one...thats no reason to promote Caste based reservations
