Have government monitored the reservation systems? I have observed a Husbund got a job in SBI on a reserved quota, his wife is emplyed in govt. on reserved quota, soon got promoted as DDO, their two sons are also employed on reservation quota. This family is having monthly income is >1,00,000 lacs. their ouput is zero. Such type of peoples and their families are getting benefits on and on. Is govt. monitoring this? Why there is no system that only one person of the family member is covered for quota. There should be such form in which they have to submit details of their families by which who availed the benefit of the quota. They are having their bunglows, car, servent even though they are still S.T./C.S.T. Though their std. of leaving have becomes high. Such matter will creat problems amongst other also.
This is really very bad when every one will run after for reservation try to bring your heads what'll happen with them who do not have reservation. Reservation is not mandatory to be given to all however if it is required then it can be given on economical aspects. The people who are fighting for reservation if they are provided facility of reservation are not able to get them on a level where reservation could be utilized. We india have debacles in our account because still we are in useless things. if we wish to win and prove yourself we will have to give up these minor issues, merely claiming we are best across the world or we have unity is not enough it actually should be exhibited by our actions. if i am gujjar then it is fine and if m not it is not. IS IT CORRECT?

Mr Ambedkar made a clause, but, forgot to put a timeline for its termination. He was also an idiot (sorry to say) who created a way without destination.

lawlessness shouldbe dealt with a firm hand to instill the fear of law. In the lack of such action, criminals, hooligans get encouraged to destroy public property and inconvenience innocent public. I appreciate the stand taken by Mrs.Raje. After all why should a particular caste hold the society to ransom ? And if you could fight like this for reservation, you can also fight for social justice. Fight on the basis of education, compete as equals and win in the society. Such anti socials have to be dealt with strongly.
I think we are used to getting our things done through violent measures/ holding state to ransom..disrupting life of a common man.
Why cannt we support this brave lady , who is taking a tough stand against them ? Otherwise she too could have taken a populist stand like all other leaders.

She is not at all taking tough stand. She is afraid of reactions from other reserved lobbies like Jat & Meena.

Be Bold Raje and hit them hard by Rahul on May 26, 2008 04:29 PM | Hide replies | Hide message
These hooligans deserve a hard hit and above all these are too fool to be deceived by Congress and so called secular parties. This is the begining of our national integration and shud be stopped with hard hand.
These days every state is playing the Game to secure votes. Who is killed - General Public. People involved in strike/agitation are non-educated, even if they are given reservation, no one will get any benefit of jobs.
I am asking the Govt to answer - IN PAST 60 YEARS OF RULING THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REMOVE THE DIFFERENCES. Better to ask govt to redraft constitution i.e. in 5 Years we will provide better education and reduce reservation to 10%. Next 5 years reduce reservation to 5%. In next 5 years 0% reservation.
There should be a goal given to the government with a time frame.

why all this? the hindus will say during the muslim rulers they were discriminated this will go on, 60 yrs is more than enough for experiments. now they shud make primary & secondary education free for economicaly poor regardless of religion caste creed. for graduate post graduate then on merit basis.
RE:INDIAN GOVERNMENT AND POLICE PERSONNEL NEED TO CHANGE THEIR SADISTIC, TRIGGER-HAPPY AND REPRESSIVE MENTALITY AND ENSURE THAT CITIZENS' DEMOCRATIC AND HUMAN RIGHTS ARE NOT VIOLATED

where is HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION of INDIA...
FIRING AS A METHOD OF CROWD CONTROL AND THE KILLING OF CITIZENS REQUIRE SERIOUS QUESTIONING 26th May 2008 The death of any human being, innocent or guilty, in any protest rally, agitation, demonstration or riot makes me profoundly sad. Indian riots, as I have seen them, are the bloodiest in the world. I have seen them happen, could smell the pungency of death, tasted the salt in my mouth, brushed shoulders with them and stared at them full face, just as I have seen them on the battered faces of those who have been hit by the police. The sight of death and the taste of blood revolts me. It fills me with maniacal hatred for the police, politicians and those in authority, something which make me understand why oppressed peoples go on a murder rampage after a successful revolution. Countless innocent people, including police and para-military personnel, have died in police firings in countless riots in our country over the years. They have laid down their lives without question or even a promise for a better tomorrow for their children and thousands of women have been widowed and children orphaned. And since thousands have died in countless police firings since independence, firing as a method of crowd control requires serious questioning. Aren%u2019t there any other methods of controlling the crowds? There are. Since there is at least one such adventure by the police every other week and sometime several in a given week in our country, an answer to this question is urgent.

These are violent crowds. The police must be instructed to shoot to kill the rioters else any group can hold the country to ransom. These agitators must be treated the way terrorists are treated.
