Everything goes to court
by Dhurandhar Bhatwadekar on May 26, 2008 03:47 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If you want to prolong something the best thing you could do is file a case. It will go on and on and on for ever. Not only for politics, for telecast of cricket match, for medical admissions, for reservations, for removal of AIIMS dean, and his reinstatement everything courts have to decide. If justice delayed is really considered as justice denied, then all of ur being denied. The president of India of India can take 5-10 years on mercy petition of convicts who have been ordered a death sentence, and it is considered as a contempt of court. If thousands of cases are pending and if courts have a summer and winter holidays, it is not considered as contempt of court. Then whats is contempt of court ? If a cartoonist draws a caricature of a retired judge then it is serious. IF MF Hussain draws a nude painting oh BHARATMATA, it is freedom of the artist, but you cant draw a caricature of retired judge.
All the culprits are so smart, that they dont take on any fights with judiciary. Probably a female judge is the only Hindu lady which MF Hussain wont draw as NUDE, because he is smart.

politics and supreme court....
by krishna iyer on May 26, 2008 03:33 PM  Permalink

Kudos to the clarity and intentions....this is the only hope other than EC that politicians are afraid off... let god give us enough courage to keep it this way.All issues such as reservations, raods, forest animal protection employement shoudl be left to supreme court sothat the same is not misused/abused by political parteis for appeasing and getting votes.
