You think that's easy? They outnumber our nukes 1:10 and have an army that's 3times bigger and better equipped. Don't talk thru your a**. We need to have a strategic alliance with someone like Israel to pose some threat to China.
I quite agree with the writers view point,we are not taking the chinese threat seriously.Their sphere of influence has greatly increased, and Nepal with the maoaists is a very serious threat to Indias soverignity what with an almost porous border.The north east is almost infiltrated with chinese supported rebel groups of all hue and a population which feels alienated from the mainland.

This is a serious threat in the east to which we are negligent (blame only congress). It happened once in 1962 due to nehru the so called prime minister of India unfortunately(i have mentioned this word for India to hv a stupid p.m. like him). he was a sort of a person who didn't hv the guts to fight rather would surrender meekly, to take every matter to the U.N. like the Kashmir issue. He reminds me of young children who take up every matter to their parents.
Coming to the chinese threat i am sure the Indian army is well prepared to face it. The only hinderence will be the foolish govt.
Like i hv always said in my messages that today India needs someone like the great Adolf Hitler to come up the military ranks and establish a martial law which will take care of every issue and the enemy nations will think ten times before embarking on misadventures like the pakistani army did during Kargil in 1999.
Wake up Indian army, get a coup done and kill all the politicians who are careless about everything. I am afraid that our soldiers will lose their lives for the policies of govt. and we will have to sacrifice more Capt. Saurabh Kalia's, Capt. Vikram Batra's, Lt. Hanifuddin's etc (like we did in Kargil war).

Tejas, I agree India NEEDs someone like Hitler to take control. But this Cong Dynasty wil NOT let it happen. Every 5 years someone from the clan is readied to wear the mantle of that OPPORTUNIST family. The very same media has consistently kept common (and simpleton) Indians in a state of false pride for several years now in the matter of India's 'unique and unparalleled achievements' in the IT field.
Those who care to look beyond what mainstream Indian media keeps telling us will know that China is set to soon overwhelm India in the latter's last remaining field of dominance, namely the low end IT spectrum !!!!
While We are well prepared for Pakistan...we are utterly vulnerable to a Chinese aggression. The Chinese wont do a full fledged attack, but they will wait for opportunity like 1962, when US was in Cuban problem. Then we will have to accept shameful defeat again. Remember the Chinese follow "Confucius philosophy" which is to give confusing signals and keep the enemy unaware.
Mock situation 1: US is in war with Iran. Russia and China oppose the war. China supplies ICBMS and advanced nuclear weapons to Pakistan. Fundamentalists takeover government in Pakistan. Militants(Pak backed) attack Kashmir (similar to Kargil). Pakistani army gathers near border. Chinas escalates the border tensioon in Arunachal pradesh and occupies bordering districts. WHAT WILL U DO NEXT -CHECK MATE???

if worse comes to worst, ie.. if i feel iam going to loose both my eyes, then what would i do? i will poke atleast one of my enemies eye, so that he doesnt enjoy his victory either. so india will have to selectively target important sites in china and pak and deliver WMD's at them. so when our enemy is down partially , our not so trustworthy friends USA and Russia (both of whom have lot of scores to settle with China) will do the rest of the job of sending China back to stone age where they rightfully belong. What a suicidal thought.

I don't know why India think USA as there Saviour. USA too supplies Advance weapons to Pakistan why Indians do not hate USA. USA is not a true fren of any Nation. Only Interest guide them ....... they may target China Now but they will definitely target India in the future.
INdia is not sleeping they act like that,now present govt is afraid of chaina,why?people don,t know,why indian govt afraid to chaina,they are not explain directly,this is a ( .5) govt they afraid all sorrounding countries what they can do all kojja ministreis,sonia,manmohan,pranab all destroy our country,no dout.
The writer is so correct in his reading and analysis. We are as nation have been fooled by the leaders into this rubbish of what Nehru and his minister Menon started and continued by the congress govts. Its time we also learn from the Chinese and develop similar attitude and infrastructure to counter their aggression and expansion. First cut and finish the Maoist in India, push them back. And send a strong message to the communist in our that treason will not be tolerated so they should back up from pushing the beijing agenda through them or the maoist.
