LET THE MATTER BE INVESTIGATED BY POLICE/CBI TO KNOW THE EXACT TRUTH. STILL SOME IMPORTANT TEST LIKE NARCO & LIE DETECTION ARE TO BE GONE THROUGH WHICH CAN BE CARRIED OUT ON EACH SUSPECT. LET THESE TESTS BE CARRIED ON IN THE PRESENCE OF UNBAISED AUTHORITIES.

No need for that the police know that the killer is Miss Arushis father and Mother who also killed Mr Hemraj. These charges are enough to present the killer in the court. Rest will come out there. Having an affair is not a crime but accusing some one falsly can be very expensive if a law suit for damages is filed against the accuser. If duranis do not have any hand in the murder and were just family friends there is no need for them to be scared of any thing nor they are needed to be cross examined in the court. Th e case regarding a Double murder and not an affair.

I am not emphasiseing on affair. If you know little about courts , then you know mere charging is not enough, you have to prove what you are saying which can be done only through scientific evidences,the evidence can be collected through a fair investigation.
the theories and stories by top noida police officials show there mentality and shamelessness. they can't find the culprits, can't trace kidnappers ... well they can't even control traffic and just to have someone behind bars they have framed new stories everyday. the father seems to be fully framed, for whatever the police said for the girl, his father, the servant and the other lady is all based on what all dirt they all have in their minds, or may be what all happens in their personal lives. such shameless unethical irresponsible people are our top cops. Shame on nation that calls them police. they are the crime keepers, encouragers and supporters, protectors ... but for common man they are filthy minded dirty people in khaki. really feeling shame to be a citizen of such a nation.

my another message: if the police is framing stories ... and as it seems they are doing, i then by heart curse all the people involved in creating this story for a real bad useless life where they wish to die but have to live. this curse i wish works by gods grace for they are defaming people without proofs and have a real shameless thinking ... and i pray god to accept my curse for these people if i ever done a single good deed in life.

Dr.Talwar is said to have shouted, when he was being taken away by the Police, that he has been framed by Dinesh Varma.Who is this Dinesh Varma? Arushi's friends said that she was a lively and level-headed girl. The Police said that she was not sexually assaulted. No finger-prints experts were called in to investigate. Police have come to the conclusion that the father of the girl killed his child,after a totally unprofessional way of investigation. In the interest of justice and fair play, the case should be immmediately handed over to the CB-CID for thorough,unbiased investigation. There are too many loopholes and improbabilities in this case.
Because there is no so called breaking news now-a-days, so this news cahnnels are sensationalihis petty murder case and all the so called bloggers are playing in the tune of the news channels.Whats so big about this murder? everyday so many people are getting murdered in the villages , no one is bothered about that.Please stop blogging in this topic and teach media a lesson that all people are not fools.
this is a trial by media and sensationalism--when the stupid cops did not even go to the terarce of the house for days--speaks volumes for their capability.

here all are trying to stand up for arushi... it may have been the case that the girl was of lose character and the father came to know abt it (like the nude mms says it all). we cannot say anythng unless we have access to full documents. to put blame on anybody is cruelty to him. we should not assume him guilty unless court says so...

The murders seem to have been carried out by an enemy of the Talwars. The poor innocent child has become the victim.Her friends said she was a nice,jolly child and very level-headed. So the case must be probed by CB-CID.

I hvn't seen the nude mms nor do i intend to. But I fail to understand being in nude or not is completely a personal choice of any body and that does not reflect his/her character. To assert somebody a lose character on basis of some mms(unconfirmed) basically reflect the mind set of some rotten people who are making this other wise beautiful world a difficult place to live in.
two fun loving doctor couples...adventureous teenager...perfect romance and drama...and suddenly everything goes tragic...still something fishy that the police has not found out.
