Now what court will do.. that is more important. Judge wont give him death sentence for sure. After killing so many innocent ppl there will be no death sentence for abu... you will have another life in jail..enjoy.. this is india and not muslim country who behead
That was some swift action!!! Well done indian police... Now what?? 15 years to catch him and I guess another 25 years before his case reaches the court. By that time he may be the home minister of the state and the same cops would be saluting him.

rightly said. This is the curse on our democracy and judiciary. Everything is corrupt from bottom to top. One court gives the verdict. Another court stays it. Later the accused is acquitted for want of evidence. Different judges have different views for the same type of crime committed at different places. Possession of arms - one is sentenced and other acquitted. If the trend continues, India will be no different to Africa where the day begins with crime and ends with crime.
1)Of all the people around the world killed in terror strikes,49.5% are from India..
3)The people killed in terror in India is more than the people killed in Iraq and Afganistan put together....
In India Cong govt wants a federal agency for terror attcks but not any special anti terror law.....the argument is when in NDA regime we had POTA ,Parl attack happened and other terror attcks happened................
This defies logic.....suppose you have typhiod and doc prescrible a medicine of 250mg,and you are not cured......so what the doc will do........either he can stop the medicine or he can increase the dose of medicine......answer is anybody guess........
The reason for these conviction is due to TADA court...and Maharastra has MCOCA

Please enlghten me, why this doubt comes to you? What do you know about Islam? Who is a muslim? Anyway i humbly would like to furnish my opinion. One meaning of Islam is submission to God (Allah The Almighty). One who declares his beliefe in oneness of Allah he becomes muslim. Quran and teachings of Prophet PBUH guides the life a muslim. Allah the Alimighty only knows whether one lived according to islam or not. Allah The Almighty has all powers. Punishing and forgiving is all according to His (Allah the Almighty's) wish

If Allah is so powerful why did he create Kafirs who dont submit to him ! If Allah did not create the Kafirs whoever did that has a 2 to 1 advanatage over Allah ! Palani - Bhaa my objective is not to hurt or embarrass you but to make a point that Islam as well as all relgions are equally flawed when one goes deeper and deeper into the logic. All religion was directed mainly at removing the fear of death and promising that even when the physical body dies the soul lives on. But put to logic there is no explanations that stand scrutiny . - What is the purpose of life? - If God is almighty how come he cannot show the right way to people ? - If God is almighty why does he tolerate a Satan ? Is Satan also Almighty ? Is the Almighty and Satan having 20-20 match on the earth? People like Zakir Naik or Hindu Swamis 0r Christian Priests etc are merely peddling relegion.

But moderate, he means that one is willing to accept Kafirs in their midst. In other words, by being a moderate, one is not a terrorist.
