This is ridiculous.Has anybody thought why do ICSE results are so good despite this being a toughest syllabus compared to CBSE & State board.
First of all the council restricts the students to 25 in each class/section.Hence there are less children.More over the schools who have got supreme authority handed over to them by the council detain students for any fancy reasons.I have seen students getting detained because they did not score 40-50% average in tests in Vth & VI standard.Although the council says the pass mark is 33% these schools have their own diktat.Leave alone higher classes. So funally we end up having very few children taking up the board exams. Obviously the % goes high.

The State Board has many students from Municipal schools and most of the hundred's of students studying in these municipal schools fail thst's why the pass percentage of the state boards are lower. Anyway in the end all students end up at the same college.
What matters in life is what each one contributes on the job and towards the economy. In these two parameters, they do not seem to be so inspiring. These sort of finding do not lead to any constructive purpose
Nowadays, girls are out-"performing" boys by a large margin in all fields.
(1) Ash first "performed" with Sallu, then with Vivek, and then with AB's baby ... and now maybe with Taklu Amar Singh too..!
(2) Kareena after a long "performance" with Shahid has now gone on to "perform" with Saif.
So.. the moral of the story is that where as Ash and Kareena have been exemplary "performers", with the possible exception of Sallu.. all the others have probably been below average.
