U cant be zero tolerant,since indian social structure is such that u cant take precautionary measures as it would treated as retaliation against minority. And u cant do it since u r so callled secular.

This guy is responsible for killings of innocents - I dont remember any big action from this guy as a home minister. He always keeps saying ZERO TOLERANCE - he should explain meaning of this also

PEOPLE INVOLVEMENT is the only answer. Police cant be everywhere so its the pro active people's involvement is the only answer
